Purpose

At the dawn of the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, Blockchain (or
Distributed Ledger Technology, also known as DLT) is arguably the most
foundational technology in the Revolution. In an article published in
Harvard Business Review, Don Tapscott wrote The technology most
likely to change the next decade of business is NOT the social web, big
data, the cloud, robotics, or even artificial intelligence. Its the
blockchain,

Wholeheartedly agreeing with Mr. Tapscott, we are pleased to hold a


special conference to discuss the impact of DLT on the ecosystem of business and
entrepreneurship. Particularly, we invite business entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, and
researchers together to discuss practical aspects of the changes in business landscape.

Submissions
We welcome contributions with the areas, including but not limited to, as following:
Landscape Changes of Entrepreneurship and Business by Distributed Ledger

DLT in Capital Markets and Entrepreneurship
Opportunities for Innovative SMEs with DLT
Digital Identity and its Management on Businesses and Entrepreneurship

Use of Smart Contract in Businesses
Decentralized Automated Organizations (DAO) and Business Implications
Decentralized Applications (DApps) in Business Development.
Challenges for Entrepreneurs in DAO and DApps
Blockchain-based Regulation Technology (also known as Regtech)

Submission dates
Submission of 1-page summary for conference presentation: May 30,2017
Submission of final paper for special issue: August 15, 2017

Review Process

Each paper submitted to this special issue is subject to the following review procedures:

1. It will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief for general suitability for this special issue.
2. If found suitable, reviewers will be selected for a double-blind review process.
3. Based on the reviewers recommendation the Editor-in-Chief will decide whether the
particular submission should be accepted as it is, revised and re-submitted, or
rejected.
