BE IT KNOWN that I, Pablo Asiong, citizen of the Republic of the Philippines,

domiciled at 819 Tayuman Street, Tondo, City of Manila, and doing business at 4/F
Calvo Building, Escolta Street, Binondo, City of Manila have adopted for my use a
trademark of which the following is a description:

Blue Arrow is one logo with an arrowhead facing the right, colored blue, and on a
flying motion to the right side. This logo symbolizes the speed and efficiency of my
laptops in storing files and connecting to the internet in full speed.

The general class of merchandise to which the trademark is to be appropriated is

Class 9 for computer (scientific, electrical apparatus, etc.), and the particular class of
merchandise to which said trademark is to be appropriated is laptop.

The mode in which said trademark is to be applied is affixed on the outer laptop
cover monitor and on the keyboard panel.

The said trademark has been continuously and exclusively used by the
undersigned since 14 February 2013 when it was first used in commerce.

Pablo Asiong, being duly sworn deposes and says; that he is the applicant named
in the foregoing Statement; that all statements therein contained are true; that he has at
this time a right to use of the trademark therein described; that no other person, firm, or
corporation has the right to use such, either in the identical form or in any such near
resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that the said trademark is being
used by applicant in commerce in the Philippines and between the Philippines and
foreign nations, particularly China, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, North Korea, Japan
and the Soviet Union; and that the description and facsimiles presented for registry truly
represent the trademark sought to be registered.
