residential & Commercial Buildings and Hospitals (Execution of construction including finishing
works)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Planning Programming, Scheduling and to perform project construction with best quality
and strict workmanship & timely supervision.
 To perform the project construction in the stipulated time schedule by Proper advance
planning and better coordination.
 Controlling of Manpower, working out manpower and machinery required to complete
the project in a stipulated time frame.
 To perform the project construction in the most economical way by proper and timely
purchase of adequate quantity of material and strict control to minimize the wastages.
 Coordination with the client and relevant authorities to keep smooth working of the
project.
 To prepare material planning schedule in reference to the time schedule.
 To prepare time schedule in the form of Bar Chart.
 To workout the detail quantities and prepare cost estimate based on the specification and
drawings.
 To perform all necessary coordination with the consultant engineers and build friendly
relationship.
 To keep track on follow up with the material procurement department for in Time
material delivery.
  To raise the material requisition well in advance to avoid last hour material shortage &
strict follow up for long lead items.
 To pass all information and management decision to the site staff & make sure of
compliance.
 To maintain speed of the project, as decided by the management without compromising
the quality of the work at any stage of the project, as favor to the company.
 To maintain updated progress of the work in comparisons with the schedule Program.
 To prepare pending material list giving full details of the materials required and supply
request reference for the procurement department.
