Electronic Caliper Pigging for Pipeline

Whenever necessary, CONTRACTOR will seek services of renowned Third Party Inspector (TPI)
to perform the Electronic Caliper Pigging system to inspect the internals of installed pipeline.

The Electronic Caliper Pigging is a powerful tool that measures the inside diameter of the
pipeline continuously through an
Array of mechanical fingers that sense the internal surface of the pipe. Caliper pigs are used to
measure pipeline internal geometry and it move all radial sensor movements are detected and
recorded.

CONTRACTORs Quality Team will collaborate with the Caliper Pigging TPI to inspect the
pipeline and report any found defects along the pipeline stretch so Construction Team can
remedy or repair that pipeline segment.
