You are requested to consider my application for grant of special sanction for the
same. My particulars are as under:-

(b) Cat Offrs/JCO/PBOR/other entitled pers.

Note: PBOR (serving as well as retd) of all three services having minimum 15
years of color service only can apply)

2. It is certified that I am eligible to buy a car through CSD, as per existing

instructions on the subject.

3. It is also certified that the car applied is for my personal use and will not be
sold/ transferred to any person during the next two years, as per the orders on the
subject.

4. I affirm that the above details, as submitted, are correct and shall be adhered
to.

5. I am liable to pay the entire Excise/Sales Tax concessions (applicable for civil
(defence) personnel only.

6. In case of any false declaration, I would be liable for disciplinary action.
