*ACTIVITIES :
ii. LESSON : 1. Show a picture using PPT slides. Stimulate pupils to talk
DEVELOPMENT about the picture by asking :
What do you see in this picture?
Where are the children?
What are they doing now
Why are they queueing up?
2. Introduction of food vocabulary using PPT slides.
3. Pupils listen to the pronunciation of the words and say the
words.
4. Get pupils to notice the difference of a singular and a plural
noun when the amount of food is more than one, thats by
adding -s or -es at the end of the words.
5. Do a drawing dictation. Pupils listen and draw the food
teacher says he/she likes on a piece of paper. They dont
draw any items teacher says he/she doesnt like.
6. Introduction of a jazz chant using PPT slides. Play the CD.
Pupils listen and repeat.
7. Pupils work in groups to perform the jazz chant with
actions.
