Product overview
This cleaning system is used in applications for maintenance processes jew elery and metal parts. This
machine automatically cleans the surface of the piece, removing dirt and other debris. The device must
be installed in places protected from direct sunlight, indoors and outdoors
Product components
Make sure that all components have been received. Refer to Figure 1. If any items are missing or
damaged, contact the manufacturer or a sales representative immediately.

GENERAL WARNINGS
Bef ore using this equipment to the mains, check that the v oltage of y our power supply corresponds to the v oltage set this
computer either 110V or 230V

Check that the electricity used to operate the machine is in perf ect condition and that the mains at the v oltage lev el
corresponding to specif ied herein.

2. Attach the regulator to the cy linder and then the lev er to open the bullet f rom the top of this rotation, f irst make
sure that the regulator is set to 0 LPM (Note the regulator hose is subject to subject). Turning the regulato r must
indicate 0 LPM and will rise, otherwise the cy linder has not opened or is empty .
3. Put the stand, adjust until it is perf ectly coupled, as shown in the sequence of f igures.
4. Once y ou hav e completed the process of installing the dev ice, f ollow the instructions below to install the
accessories:
8. 4-4 Attach the end of the cy linder and the regulator hose with the machine, check it does not break.
9. 4-5 Once y ou are prepared and ready to start, open the regulator by turning bullet between 0.5 and 1.5 LPM,
mov ing the regulator knob on the end of it . Check that trigger air f rom port and is ready f or use.

Startup
WARNING
The machine will be of f if the cleaning cy cle lasts more than 30 minutes, or if the OFF cy cle lasts less than 5
minutes. Av oid exceeding the specif ied duty cy cle.

Nev er use solv ents to clean the closure.
1. With the enclosure securely closed, wipe the exterior surface with a damp cloth.
2. Periodically check the hose and cylinder air show to make sure that the hose is not blocked. If the
air intake port is clogged, it can reduce the compressor life and adversely affect the performance
of sensor cleaning.

Descripcin general del producto
Este sistema de limpieza se emplea en aplicaciones para procesos de mantenimiento de joyera y
piezas metlicas. Este equipo limpia automticamente la superficie de la pieza, eliminando
impurezas y otros residuos. El instrumento debe instalarse en lugares protegidos de la luz directa
del sol, tanto en interiores como en exteriores.

ADVERTENCIAS GENERALES
Instalacin
Antes de utilizar este equipo a la red elctrica, compruebe que la tensin de su f uente de alimentacin se corresponde
con el v oltaje de establecer este equipo y a sea 110V o 230V
Mantenga el equipo siempre apagado que no est en uso.

No utilice accesorios que no corresponden a los entregados con el equipo o que no pertenecen a prov eedor.
Verif icar que la electricidad utilizada para operar el equipo est en perf ectas condiciones y que la red de
alimentacin en el niv el correspondiente a la tensin especif icada en el presente documento.
Se recomienda el uso de un circuito elctrico independiente para el f uncionamiento del equipo. No utilice cables
de extensin o accesorios que podran sobrecargar la salida.
Compruebe que el equipo se encuentra en una superf icie segura para su correcto f uncionamiento.
Antes de la puesta en marcha, comprobar que todas las piezas estn bien conectados, y gire el equipo est
conectado a un suministro de electricidad seguro.
2. Conecte el regulador al cilindro a continuacin, con la palanca de abrir la bala desde la parte superior de este
giro, asegrese antes de que el regulador est en 0 LPM (Nota el regulador v iene sujeto con la manguera
sujeto). Al girar el regulador debe indicar 0 LPM e ir subiendo, de lo contrario no ha abierto la cilindro o se
encuentra v aco.
3. Monte en el pedestal, ajuste hasta que est perf ectamente acoplada, como se muestra en la secuencia de
f iguras.
4. Una v ez que hay a completado el proceso de montaje del equipo, siga las instrucciones a continuacin para
instalar los accesorios:

9. 4-5- Una v ez que est preparado y listo para iniciar, abra el regulador girando bala entre 0,5 y 1,5 LPM,
mov iendo la perilla del regulador situado en el extremo de este. Compruebe que dispare aire desde el orif icio y
estar listo para usar.

El equipo se apagar si el ciclo de limpieza dura ms de 30 minutos, o si el ciclo de APAGADO
dura menos de 5 minutos. Ev ite exceder el ciclo de serv icio especif icado.

Limpieza de la carcasa

Nunca utilice disolv entes para limpiar la carcasa.
1. Con la carcasa cerrada de manera segura, limpie la superficie exterior con un pao hmedo.
2. Compruebe peridicamente la manguera de muestro y cilindro de aire para asegurarse de que
la manguera no est taponado. Si el puerto de admisin de aire est taponado, puede reducirse
la vida del compresor e influir negativamente en el rendimiento de limpieza del sensor.
