AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, Teresita Obedoza Bautista, of legal age, married, and a resident of Brgy.

Ganaderia Palayan City, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby
depose and state:

1. I am the mother of the complainant, Raphael O. Bautista for Reckless

Imprudence Resulting to Damage to Property against Valentin Manilag in the case
entitled "People of the Philippines versus Valentin Manilag", Criminal Case No. 3649,
Municipal Trial Court of Bongabon, Nueva Ecija;

2. That the vehicle, Toyota Fortuner 2015 with plate no. ABI 5075 (Pearl white),
subject of the above case is registered under my name;

3. Since the accused have already settled the civil aspect of the above case, and
that the dispute has already been settled amicably, I hereby inform the Hon. Prosecutor
that I am withdrawing my complaint for Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Damage to
Property against Valentin Manilag in the case entitled "People of the Philippines versus
Valentin Manilag", Criminal Case No. 3649, Municipal Trial Court of Bongabon,
Nueva Ecija;

5. I likewise request the Municipal Trial Court of Bongabon, to dismiss the said
criminal case.
