Subject: Proposal for purchase of Medicine from Maroof Pharmacy for MMDC
Maroof Medical and Diagnostic Center is in developing phase and the team is working
hard to bring more and more ideas to flourish the business & to make the project
successful. Right now the first target is to take the project to position from where it
can bear its own expense and in such a situation it becomes difficult to handle the
pressure from the suppliers and vendors to fulfill their demands and make payments
in time. Specially all the medicine suppliers ask for the cash on delivery which is
impossible for the newly established unit like us. It is my humble request that in this
case for purchase of medicine, Maroof International Hospital main pharmacy shall act
as our medicine supplier and consider MMDC as its client. In this way it would be
manageable for us to make the payment on month closing. The protocols of demands
and payments along with discount margins can be decided in a meeting once you bring
our proposal in your kind consideration.
Kindly take a prompt action in this regard.
