Only US and Canadian residents 18 years of age or older are eligible for the gift with purchase. Only new Lightspeed headsets purchased from an authorized U.S. or Canadian
Lightspeed dealer between November 10 and December 4, 2017 are eligible under this promotion. One set of earbuds per headset purchased at full retail price. All information on
the redemption form must be complete and legible for your gift to be processed. We will not honor incomplete submissions. Not responsible for lost, late or undelivered submissions.
