Having several activities to help students understand the concept such as: in math centre, reading
centre and writing centre.

Introduction (warmer activity + teacher active engagement)

- Start greeting children, asking them How are you today?

- Taking attendance, how many boys & how many girls two students will stand up and count the boys
& girls.

- The students will count from 1 to 10.

she will find the gift box, then will bring it to the carpet.

did not wet our clothes with water.

- The students will use a hook to fishing a seven fish and put it in the basket, so students count
and recognized number seven the students will repeat it again and make a challenge between
them who they fishing seven fish faster.
Science centre
Activity one

- The students before they move to another centre will make sure the centre is clean and back
all resource to their place.

- Four to five students in this centre.

- Give the students the instruction such as make sure you maintain all activities, use them properly and

Activity two

- Students follow the instruction and start the activity when all the students start together.
- First activity: the students use a series by going to the stereoscopic number seven. So the students

- In this centre one students being a mini teacher have a big blackboard, flashcard numbers and pictures.
The ideas of this activity the mini teacher teach two students, the students learn and recognize number
seven and how to write it by listen to the mini teacher and write the numbers in their small blackboard
Reading centre

with chalk. Each student have a chance to being mini teacher.


Activity three

- The students before they move to another centre will make sure the centre is clean and back
all resource to their place.

- Five to six students in this centre.

- Give the students the instruction such as all the students have to share and divide the playdough with
others.

- Students follow the instruction and start the activity when all the students start together.
Writing centre

- The students in this activity form number seven with playdough on the card.
Activity four

- The students before they move to another centre will make sure the centre is clean and back
all resource to their place.

- Six students in this centre.

- Give the students the instruction such as make sure everybody wear the vest to keep your clothe clean,
use colors moderately dont waist it.

- Every students will have sheet with picture tree and on the bottom written number seven on it. In the
Creativity centre

table the students will have a plate has two colour paint orange and red. So the ideas of this activity
Activity five

the students choose one colour and print with their finger seven fingerprint like if the student chose
colour red he stamp with his finger seven times to complete an apple tree and if the student chose
color orange he made an orange tree.
- At the end, the students keep their sheet to dry and going to wash their hand.

- The students before they move to another centre will make sure the centre is clean and back all
resource to their place.

Children will have 5 minute to clean up the areas, then I will ring the bell to the children to back to
15 min

the carpet.

I will ask them about what they understand from the lesson, keep children count from 1 to 10.

Time:

Will ask them where is your magic finger lets write number seven in the air then at the carpet.

Assessment

I will choose some of students to bring for me seven animal and count it together, to make sure
they understand and have ability to recognize number seven.

Overview of the lesson was excellent In terms of activities and how I explain the concept. Our

MCT and MST were observed me in that day, I got great feedback and I saw how I

developing. They were proud of me. The children were interested with the activities.

Who is the lesson for? The lesson for KG2-3, age 4 to 5 years old.

Where did the lesson take place? The lesson was in the classroom

What were you trying to achieve in your lesson? I tried to explain the concept in easy ways so I

can saw how the children understand.

What did the students do? The students learn how to count from 1 to 20 and recognized

number seven.

Why do you think the students responded the way that they did? I explained the concept in easy and

different ways, the children with different level understand the concept faster.

How well did you engage the students? I started the lesson with small box gift to engaged the

students and let them exited to start the lesson.

I achieved my goals after each lesson I taught the students, in this lesson the students were

comfort with me and I saw that from their reaction during the lesson.

How might you enhance student learning of this lesson in the future? Having difficult activities to

keep the students having challenge between them.

What are the implications for your professional practice? Change the strategies between times to

time, because not all the strategies can work with all the students.
