Foreword
Welcome! This short book has been prepared by my Worldwide Representatives, who are new Divine
Channels. This book contains the core teachings and core soul secrets, soul wisdom, soul knowledge, and
soul practices for your soul healing and enlightenment journey and your Tao journey. These important
teachings will help prepare you to attend one of my Retreats.
You will receive countless blessings during a Retreat. Your energy, vitality, and stamina will be boosted.
You will be empowered to heal your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Your spiritual
communication channels will open or open more fully. You will purify your soul, heart, mind, and body.
You will receive powerful blessings to heal, prevent sickness, rejuvenate, prolong life, and transform every
aspect of your life, including relationships and finances. These blessings will include Divine Downloads
and Tao Downloads, which are permanent divine and Tao healing and blessing treasures, respectively.
All of these blessings are to prepare you to receive a Divine Order to uplift your soul standing to the level
of enlightenment or, if you are already an enlightened being, to higher levels of advanced enlightenment.
This is one of the greatest blessings that you will receive in a Retreat. It is why you would wish to attend.
It is your souls greatest desire. You will be enlightened. You will be transformed.
The teachings and practices will be simple yet profound. The essence of each teaching will be summarized
in just one sentence. I love to give one-sentence secrets. Your soul will connect deeply with the teachings.
You will not need to take detailed notes. Open your mind, heart, and soul to receive and absorb the
teachings. The essence of the teachings will remain with you.
In the Retreat, the formal teachings will be given by me. When I teach, I connect with high-level saints,
buddhas, teachers, guides, and angels in the Soul World, with the Divine, and with Tao in a powerful

What is the Soul and Soul Healing?
What Is the Soul?

The soul is your true essence and your true self. It is a golden light being who resides in your body. It
looks like you. For about 85 percent of humanity, the soul sits below the Message Center or heart chakra.
For most people, the soul sits at the level of the Lower Dan Tian, a foundational energy center that is
located slightly below the navel.
For many people, the soul is small, perhaps two or three inches tall, and thin. This means the soul has
not received much nourishment. What is nourishment and food for the soul? It is virtue, a record of good
service. Good service includes love, care, compassion, forgiveness, purity, honesty, generosity and
integrity. The more virtue your soul accumulates, the more it grows and the more powerful and brilliant it
becomes.
Everyone and everything has a soul. A human being has a soul. An animal has a soul. A flower has a
soul. Mountains, rivers and forests all have souls. A rock and a grain of sand have souls. Your house has
a soul. Your computer has a soul. A business or an organization has a soul. A city and a country have
souls. Mother Earth, every planet, every star, every galaxy and every universe has a soul. Your bodily
systems, organs, cells, cell units, DNA, RNA, every space between your organs and every space between
your cellseach and every one has a soul. Everyone and everything has a soul.
Key Characteristics of the Soul

Your soul has consciousness. Your soul also has a personality, with emotions, likes and dislikes. Your
soul has great memory. It has experienced hundreds of lifetimes. Your soul can remember experiences
from all of its lifetimes, including the numerous lessons it has learned. Your soul carries all of these
memories into your current lifetime. That could explain why you may travel somewhere new yet feel you
have been there before. It could explain why you may instantly like or dislike someone you meet. It could
even explain your choices in occupation, food, music and many other things. Your soul has gained
incredible wisdom from its many lifetimes. It has many abilities, including healing, blessing, rejuvenation,
transformation and more. Its potential power is incomprehensible.
Your soul is eternal.
Soul is the boss. You may think your mind determines your decisions, but if your minds decision is not
in harmony with your souls desires, your soul could block your decision. Soul is the boss of a human
being. Thats why Master Shas teaching moves us from the universe of mind over matter to the universe
of soul over matter.
These are a few of the key characteristics of the soul. There are many others which we will explore in this
book and during a Retreat.
The Power and Abilities of the Soul

Your soul has the power and ability to heal. Your soul can heal itself. Your soul can heal your mind and
body. Your soul can heal others. Your soul has the power and ability to heal, prevent sickness,
rejuvenate, prolong life and bless and transform every aspect of life, including relationships and finances.
Soul Power is vast. Potential Soul Powersoul over matteris unlimited.

Soul, spirit and message are different names for the same thing. The message that is held by a bodily
system, organ, cell, cell unit, DNA, RNA, space or anything is vital to the life and well-being of that thing.
For example, the message carried by an organ tells the organ how it is to function. If the message is not
healthy, then the functioning will not be healthy. If the message is strong, clear and full of energy and
light, then the functioning will also be strong, clear and full of energy and light.
What Is Soul Healing?

Soul healing has two aspects:
Soul can heal. Soul has great power to heal.
Heal the soul first; then healing of the mind and body will follow.
When a person becomes sick, the souls of the organ, system, and cells became sick first. When you heal
the soul first, divine light and universal light are brought to the soul of the organ, illness, or situation (for
example, an unbalanced emotion or a disharmonious relationship). When you heal the soul, you are
healing the essence of the illness or situation. You are healing the boss who will influence the mind and
body and the matter and energy.
Restore light and divine presence to the soulthe boss of the mind and bodyand you are also bringing
light and divine presence to the mind and body. It is very simple yet very profound. Healing the soul is
the way to bring about healing on all levels. Using the power of soul to heal is very transforming. To
connect with the soul is to address the purest essence of the illness or situation that needs healing.
Connecting with the power of soul is to connect also with the Divine and the Soul World. The possibilities
for transformation are profound and unlimited.
Say Hello Healing and Say Hello Blessing

The Say Hello Greeting can be used for both healing and blessing. It is very simpleonly five steps:
Say hello: Dear soul, mind and body of _______ (name of organ, system, or area of
body that needs healing),
Give love: I love you.
Make an affirmation: You have the power to heal yourself.
Give an order: Do a good job!
Express gratitude: Thank you.
Then chant. You can chant San San Jiu Liu Ba Yao Wu (pronounced sahn sahn jeo leo bah yow woo). You
can chant love, heal, thank you. You can chant the appropriate vibrational number sounds for the various
parts of the body. 1
After three to five minutes, close: Hao! Hao! Hao! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 2
To use the Say Hello Greeting for blessing, just make one small change:
Say hello: Dear soul, mind, and body of _______ (name of condition or situation),
Give love: I love you.

Then you can chant divine light or divine love or divine forgiveness or love, peace and harmony. You can
chant San San Jiu Liu Ba Yao Wu. You can chant Soul Language.
After three to five minutes, close: Hao! Hao! Hao! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Inner Souls and Outer Souls

Inner souls are all those souls within your body, including your own body soul and the souls of your
bodily systems, organs, cells, cell units, DNA, RNA, and spaces. You can give soul healing blessings to
any of these inner souls. Outer souls are all the souls outside of you. They include the souls in your
immediate surroundings and on Mother Earth. They include the souls of nature, the sun, moon, stars,
galaxies, and the souls of all of the saints, buddhas, angels and more in Heaven and all the layers of
Divine. You can give healing blessings to some of these outer souls. Many people give healing blessings to
their lovely plants, their pets, and to their cities.
It is important at this time not to interfere with the karma of Mother Earth. Make sure that you limit
healing blessings to just the souls in your city. There are quite enough issues, concerns, and needs
within your city. Even if you live in a very small village, there is still a great deal of need for healing and
other blessings. When the time is right and if your virtue is great enough, it will be possible to give
blessings to much larger areas and even to all of Mother Earth. But at this time, do not attempt to do
that. Do not interfere with the purification of Mother Earth.
Self-Healing
You can do self-healing using the Four Power Techniques of Soul Mind Body Medicine:
Soul Power is to say hello; to invoke soul(s).

Body Power is to sit, stand or, if you are not able to do either, lie down. It is to put your hands in a
particular position, such as One Hand Near, One Hand Far, 3 to move energy and remove blockages.
Mind Power is creative visualization, or to visualize golden light in the area or situation you are
healing, to move energy and remove blockages.
Sound Power is to use vibrational sounds or healing mantras to move energy and remove blockages.
You may chant silently or aloud. Chanting silently vibrates the smaller cells and spaces in the body.
Chanting aloud vibrates the bigger cells and spaces. Both ways are correct. You may choose to do one or
the other or both. If lying down, always remember to chant silently so as not to drain your energy.
You can do self-healing for any issue. If you are using the Four Power Techniques, chant for three to five
minutes per time, three to five times a day. For chronic and life-threatening conditions, practice for much
longer. Master Sha recommends two or more hours per day. If you are a Divine Healer, of course you can
use your healing transmissions as you have been taught.
Healing Others
The process for healing others is the same. For self-healing and healing others, you can also use One
Minute Healing. 4 Simply ask a sacred healing mantra to heal the condition or situation and then chant
the mantra for one minute. Your own Soul Song is a mantra. You can sing your Soul Song for one
minute. You can speak your Soul Language for one minute. Your Soul Language and Soul Song are very
powerful mantras.

Group Healing
Use the same approach for group healing. Just ask the group to request healing or blessing for a few
specific conditions or issues. They can make their requests silently. Heaven and the Akashic Records will
know.
When you do the Say Hello Greeting for healing a group, change it a little bit:
Dear soul, mind, and body of each person in this group, and dear soul, mind, and body of every
health condition and issue that has been named, I love you. You have the power to heal
yourselves. Do a good job! Thank you.
Then chant. If you are a Divine Healer or Divine Healing Hands Practitioner, you can also use your
transmissions to give the group healing blessings following the guidelines you have been taught.
After a few minutes, close: Hao! Hao! Hao! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Remote Healing
For remote healing, follow the same process as for healing others. There are some differences, but the
basic process is very similar. Call the soul of the person(s) or situation that is at a distance to come in
front of you. With the soul present, offer the healing blessing in the same way as if the physical person
were there.
Use the Four Power Techniques or a Divine Healer transmission if you have received one. You can ask
your transmission to bless as appropriate all of the persons or situations that need healing. Always
express your love, gratitude, and appreciation for your transmission.
At the end of the healing blessing, remember to return the soul of the transmission to your soul and then
close: Hao! Hao! Hao! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Karma
What Is Karma?
Karma is the record of your services in all of your lifetimes. All of your service, good and bad, is recorded
in your Akashic Record book. When you offer a little good service, which includes love, forgiveness, care,
compassion, and kindness, you will receive a little blessing. If you offer more good service, you will receive
more blessing. If you offer unconditional universal service, you will receive unlimited blessing. If you offer
bad service, which includes killing, harming, taking advantage of others, complaining, criticizing, steal-
ing, and being angry, you will learn lessons. If you offer a little bad service, you will learn little lessons. If
you offer more bad service, you will learn more serious lessons. If you offer very bad service, you will
learn huge lessons.
In one sentence:
Karma is the root cause of success and failure in every aspect of life.
What Is Good Karma and the Significance of Good Karma?

Good karma is good virtue. It is expressed in the form of colorful soul flowers, small and large. This virtue
is recorded in your Akashic Record book as golden light. It could even be rainbow, purple or crystal light,
which are progressively finer levels of divine light and frequency. The secret to accumulating good karma
is to offer good service. The more good service you offer, the more good karma you accumulate.
What Is Bad Karma and the Significance of Bad Karma?

Bad karma is your spiritual debt for mistakes and bad service from previous lives and this life. It is
recorded in your Akashic Record book as darkness. It is very important for your physical well-being, for
your relationships, and for your financial success to clear or cleanse your bad karma. It is vital for your
spiritual journey to clear your bad karma. Most people take many, many lifetimesperhaps hundreds of
lifetimesto clear their bad karma. They may have some lifetimes in which they served well and
accumulated a great deal of good karma. In other lifetimes, they may have gotten lost on their spiritual
journey, made mistakes, and accumulated bad karma. The roadmap of their spiritual standing and
spiritual journey would go up and down, up and down, forward and backward, forward and backward.
There are two ways to clear karma:
1. through your own efforts as a total GOLD (gratitude, obedience, loyalty, and devotion to the Divine)
universal servant
2. through Divine Karma Cleansing service

What Are the Different Types of Bad Karma?
Personal Karma
You could have had hundreds or even thousands of lifetimes as a human being. Everyone makes
mistakes and accumulates bad karma. These mistakes could include harming another, cheating,
stealing, taking advantage of others, and more. Personal karma is the record of your own services. It is
the record of your souls journey. All of the helpful and harmful services you have offered in your many
lifetimes is your personal karma, carried on your soul from lifetime to lifetime, and recorded by Heaven.
Ancestral Karma (Fathers and Mothers Side)

In each of your lifetimes you could have had a different father and mother. Therefore, you and every
person has a huge number of ancestors. Some of your ancestors karma affects your present and future
lifetimes. Ancestral karma is the record of services on your fathers or mothers ancestral side, through
reincarnation, that affects your soul journey and your life as one of their descendants. Ancestral karma
can impact every aspect of your life in a profound way.
Relationship Karma
Human beings have all kinds of relationships: husband and wife, children and parents, siblings, friends,
co-workers, and more. Relationships are closely related to karma. You have shared other lifetimes with
those who are with you now. Your spouse or partner may have been your partner in a previous lifetime,
your daughter may have been your mother, and your closest friend may have been your brother. You may
have accumulated karma between yourself and the other person in these lifetimes from misdeeds to each
other. Relationship karma is the record of services offered through your relationships. This can be as
specific as the relationship between you and one other person, or it can be as inclusive as all your
relationships, including but not limited to family members, co-workers, and groups of people.
Curses
Some of the people you met in previous lifetimes could have been closely connected with the Dark Side.
They may have asked the Dark Side to bother you in serious ways, causing problems in all aspects of
your life. The curse may be to torment your life. It may be to take your life away. Curses are usually
placed out of a desire for revenge or out of jealousy. In many cases, they are directly connected with a
persons karma.
Negative Memories
These memories are from this or previous lifetimes when you and/or your family have been harmed or
hurt because of what you have done or said. Often what you have done or said has been helpful to
others, but has been resented. Sometimes your actions or words were harmful. In both cases, the result
is negative memories that seriously impact every aspect of your life. These memories can manifest in
varying degrees. They can manifest as resistance to, or fear of, what you know is a good thing to do. They
can be so profound that they have the potential to take your life away.

Purification and Spiritual Testing
Purity is absolutely necessary in order to progress on the spiritual journey. Purity is needed to eliminate
blockages to your journey. Purity is needed in order to receive high-level spiritual gifts and to be the
presence of divine light.
Purification of the Soul

Qualities that block your soul journey must be transformed to light. Selfishness, ego, and attachment
must be transformed. When they are transformed, they become very pure and clear. They no longer block
divine light from radiating in your soul. Your soul becomes a greater and greater presence of divine light,
which means that you become a great presence of divine light.
As you progress in your spiritual journey, you will notice that the behaviors and attitudes that are very
obviously connected with selfishness, ego, and attachments will cause you difficulties. They will become
the center of your thinking. They will cause you to question, challenge, complain, become angry, and
more. This is spiritual testing. This is purification. These are opportunities given to you to transform all of
this. Transformation is essential because a spiritual being cannot move further with these blockages.
Think of them as a very large barrier to the light. It is like standing outside on a sunny day under a large
tree. The tree blocks the sunshine. The tree also provides shade. In the spiritual journey, selfishness, ego,
and attachment block divine light. However, they do not provide shade, rest, or refreshment. They provide
challenges. A challenge is an opportunity to transform. Challenges are actually gifts from the Divine. In
the spiritual journey, the transformation of these blockages brings great light to our souls. It uplifts your
soul standing. You receive many flowers of virtue. When you transform the blockages to light, you are
also offering great service. The way you live your life will be different, and that will be a teaching for
others. It will become obvious to others that you are serious about your soul journey and that you are
willing to do whatever is necessary to transform to become the presence of divine light.
As you have learned: Heal the soul first; then healing of the mind and body will follow. The similar one-
sentence secret for purification is:
Purify the soul first; then purification of the mind and body will follow.
Purification of the Heart

It is important to have a pure heart. A pure heart is a divine heart. Your heart-to-heart connections and
responses will radiate divine presence. When you experience challenges (spiritual testing), you are given
the opportunity to transform those issues that affect your responses. You have the possibility of being a
greater presence of divine light. You have the possibility of responding in a divine way. Very often,
blockages on the level of the heart manifest as complaining, criticizing, and comparing. All of these
attitudes and behaviors make it impossible to respond with divine love. They make it difficult to offer
divine forgiveness.
All of these difficulties are mirrors. They reflect to you those things that need to be transformed on the
level of your heart. They let you see the barriers to a heart-to-heart connection with the Divine, with the
highest saints, with all humanity, and with all souls. As you become aware of these blockages, you can
offer gratitude and respond to them as opportunities to purify on the level of the heart so that your
responses and your way of being can become a pure, divine heart-to-heart connection.

Purification of the Mind
The barriers and blockages on the level of the mind are negative mind-sets, attitudes, and beliefs. These
blockages can be very subtle. They can be difficult to recognize at first because they have been guiding
principles for your life. They are the very things that have brought you to this part of your soul journey.
They may even have been identified as goodness and virtues. Purification of your mind is essential in the
soul journey. Recognizing negative mind-sets, attitudes, and beliefs is an important first step.
For many people, beliefs are very difficult to recognize and purify because they can be justified with
supporting research and various other forms of justification. An example is the belief in the need for
adequate sleep. It is absolutely true that we need adequate sleep. However, the difficulty comes when
that belief blocks your progress in the soul journey, for example by refusing to do the energy practices
and other practices that will actually make it possible for you to function fully and healthily with fewer
hours of sleep.
Avoid being rash. Remember that purification is a process. It is gradual. However, many people will not
even enter into the process because their belief is so strong that it is blocking their experience to move to
a higher frequency, a higher energy level, and a higher soul standing where less sleep would be required.
You can think of countless other examples from your own lives. Purifying these mind-sets, attitudes, and
beliefs is a must in the soul journey.
Purification of the Body

The blockages on the physical level are quite obvious for many people. Various systems, organs, cells, cell
units, DNA and RNA do not function properly. The spaces between the organs and between the cells are
not clear. This manifests in physical symptoms and illness. In the soul journey, purification of the body is
also required. It is the most difficult and the slowest part of the purification process. However, it is
completely possible to achieve it. The techniques mentioned earlier show you how to purify on the level of
the body.
Very often, after you receive a powerful divine blessing or a dramatic uplifting of your soul standing, you
will experience physical purification. The reason is quite simple. You need to have a pure body as the
vessel for such high-frequency light and divine presence. You may experience feeling ill, but it will pass
very quickly. If you have a chronic illness, it may seem as though it is getting worse. What is actually
happening is that the high-frequency light is pushing against the blockages and barriers. When the light
pushes through, barriers and blockages are removed. The light will flow more freely. Your condition will
improve.
This is a necessary part of the purification process. There is no way around it. It is important to realize
what is happening. Do not be scared. Do not think you are getting sicker. Realize that this is the
purification process. If you are chronically ill and on medication, most certainly continue with it. You and
your physician will know when medication is no longer needed. Make sure you consult your physical
healthcare practitioners. Do not say: Oh, this is just purification. I can just use spiritual means for my
healing. You must always have a balance of yin and yang, of spiritual and physical. A desire to forget
about balance is also an opportunity to purify.
As you continue on your soul journey, some of your physical issues will continue to be present. You may
wonder what the problem is. What am I doing wrong? The answer is: nothing. This is also part of the
purification process. We continue to be human beings. We continue to have issuesemotional, mental,
spiritual, and physical. However, these issues will be less and less severe. They will continue to give us
opportunities to connect with divine light and divine presence. They will be continual reminders that we
are human and rely totally on the Divine. When we finally reach the point of having completed our tasks,
then our issues will be resolved. Until then, they are reminders to us. They are treasured gifts.

Why Does the Divine Give Spiritual Tests?
People ask this question very frequently. The answer is very simple. It is because we are so loved. We are
so cherished. The Divine gives spiritual tests to spiritual beings because the Divine wants us to be the
most complete presence of divine love and light. The Divine wants us to radiate divine presence. The
Divine wants us to be aligned, united, and intimately connected with the Divine. This can only happen if
we are pure.
In order to bring this about, the Divine gives us opportunities to transform all the blockages we have on
every level. Spiritual tests are the vehicles for our purification. They are gifts of the greatest love from the
Divine. The Divine wants us to experience divine love. Then the Divine wants us to radiate divine love.
This can only happen if we are pure. Spiritual testing is given to us so that we can eliminate the
blockages and barriers to becoming pure.
Recognize the testing as a gift. It may be very unattractive on the outside, but the gift inside is divine love,
presence, and union with the Divine. There is no greater treasure. It is certainly worth the effort to
unwrap the unpleasant-appearing package. It is worth the effort to go through the purification process
over and over again. The treasure inside is priceless. It is what your soul yearns for.
The purification process may surprise you at various times. You may think: I have already purified this
mind-set. I have already purified this blockage on the level of my heart. This is partly true. What happens
is that the most obvious blockages and barriers are purified first. As the soul journey progresses, those
blockages and barriers that are more subtle need to be purified.
Think of it as a plant growing in the garden. It is easy to see what is above the surface. It is easy to
remove what is above the surface. It is more challenging to remove what is below the surface. The root
system may be quite extensive. You may get most of it but not all of it. The remaining parts will continue
to thrive and surface. Each time they surface, you will notice them very quickly.
Purification in the soul journey is very similar. The subtle aspects of the blockages and barriers are more
difficult to transform. You may transform most of them, but some aspects will remain and continue to
resurface. Be aware that this is the process. With this in mind, you will notice the remaining aspects of
your blockages quickly. You will be able to transform them more quickly. Do a good job!
How to Pass Spiritual Tests

One of the most important ways to pass spiritual tests is to recognize the tests and respond with
gratitude. You have just learned that spiritual testing is a gift of divine love. The only appropriate
response is gratitude. You have many tools and techniques to assist you. Chant. Call upon the Divine,
the highest saints, and your spiritual treasures for assistance and chant. It is essential to recognize
immediately what is taking place and respond immediately with gratitude, love, and chanting.
If you allow the testing to grow, if you connect with it, it is like a child playing with matches. At the very
least, a child who plays with matches can hurt him or herself. At the very worst, the child can start a
huge fire. Pay attention to the testing that is occurring in your life. When you do not pay attention, you
allow the testing to grow. Pay attention. As soon as you are aware of what is happening, say thank you.
It is also important for you to look at and learn the lesson that is being given to you in every purification
opportunity. It is quite simple to do this. Just ask the soul of the situation: What is the lesson? What
needs to be transformed? Be careful, however, that the response you receive is true. Many times in the
spiritual journey, you will receive a false message when you ask this question. These false messages are
further testing. It is easy to distinguish a false message from a true teaching. A false message will
reinforce your testing. You will feel worse. You will become convinced that others are better, that you
have been overlooked or left out, that your physical illness is accelerating and so on. A false message will
not promote love, peace, harmony, and good service.
A true message will tell you what it is that needs to be transformed. You will learn clearly that there are
aspects of your ego that are still blocking your soul journey, or that your physical condition is improving
but there is still a need to increase divine light in particular areas. True responses will be specific to you
and give you specific guidance on what you need to purify further. These examples will give you an idea of
what a true and accurate message can look like.

What Is Being in the Condition?

This term means you become whatever it is you call upon. If you are calling upon Gods light, you become
Gods light. You are Gods light. You go into the condition by simply sitting in a meditation position and
repeating or, better still, singing Gods light. As you do this, there will be a shift in your consciousness
and you will be Gods light.
You can do this for divine love, divine forgiveness, or any divine quality. You can do this for any mantra.
If you are chanting the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, you become Om Mani Padme Hum. This is what it
means to be in the condition.
The Power and Significance of Being in the Condition

When you are in the condition of Gods light, of divine love, of divine forgiveness, or of any sacred mantra,
you become Gods light, divine love, divine forgiveness, or the mantra. The transformation that takes
place is extraordinary. It is a wonderful privilege and honor to become Gods light. It changes your
responses. It transforms every aspect of who you are. It uplifts your soul standing significantly. When you
are in the condition, you receive huge numbers of soul flowers of virtue. The service you are then able to
give moves to a totally different level.
It is particularly helpful for people to go into the condition of divine forgiveness. Very often, forgiveness is
difficult for people to give or receive. However, when you are in the condition of divine forgiveness, when
you are divine forgiveness, you offer forgiveness unconditionally to every soul who has ever harmed you.
You receive forgiveness from many souls you have harmed.
You are doing this on a profound soul level, the level of the Divine. The Divine offers forgiveness to every
soul, regardless how serious their offense. When you are in the condition of divine forgiveness, this is a

As a universal servant, you move in the direction of unconditional service as you make choices. This is
the same as saying you move in the direction of becoming divine presence, which is a huge honor and
blessing. Each person makes different choices because each person is different.

universal service can become your way of life. This is something everyone can participate in, regardless of
occupation, ethnicity, race, belief system, or geographic location. It does not matter. What does matter is

What Is Total GOLD?

Each letter in GOLD stands for a quality that is important for a universal servant. In fact, total GOLD is
important for anyone who is serious about his or her spiritual journey.
G stands for Gratitude.
O stands for Obedience.

The total gratitude, total obedience, total loyalty, and total devotion are to the Divine.
Gratitude to the Divine means that gratitude is your first response to whatever is happening in your life.

When you live these four virtues and qualities, your life becomes a manifestation of the Divine. Divine
presence within you radiates in all your actions and to all around you. You become a transforming

Ancestral karma on the mothers side is through reincarnation. Ancestral karma on the fathers side is
through reincarnation. Siblings have not had the same mother and father in every lifetime. This means
that siblings can have different degrees of karma on both the mothers and fathers side. For example, one

Five Energy Centers
What Are the Five Energy Centers and Their Significance?

Lower Dan Tian
The Lower Dan Tian 7 is a foundational energy center that is key for energy, stamina, vitality, immunity,
and long life. The Lower Dan Tian is located about 1.5 inches below the navel and 2.5 inches inside the
body and is roughly the size of your fist.
Snow Mountain Area

The Snow Mountain Area is a foundational energy center that is key for quality of life and long life. It is
the energy source for the kidneys, brain, and Third Eye. To locate it, imagine a straight line connecting
your navel to your back. Go inside two-thirds of the way towards your back and down 2.5 inches. This is
the center of this energy center, which is roughly the size of your fist. It is also the starting point of the
four major meridians in the body (Ren, Du, Chong, Dai).
Message Center
The Message Center is the center of communication with the Soul World, and the center for healing,
emotional balance, love, forgiveness, compassion, life transformation, karma, soul enlightenment, and
more. Also known as the heart chakra, the Message Center is located in the middle of your chest, behind
the sternum. The Message Center is roughly the size of your fist.
Zu Qiao
The Zu Qiao 8 is the key energy center for mind power and the potential power of the brain. Located inside
the bone cavity between your eyebrows, the Zu Qiao is a cherry-sized energy center.
Third Eye
The Third Eye is the center with which one can receive images from the Soul World. Also cherry-sized, the
Third Eye is located in the center of your head. Draw a line going from the midpoint between your
eyebrows to the top of your head. Draw another line over your head, from the tip of one ear to the other.
Go down three inches inside the head from where these two lines cross.

What Is the Power and Significance of the Spiritual Channels?

Soul Language Channel
Soul Language is the language of the Soul World. Each person manifests this language in a way that is
unique to his or her own soul journey. This is referred to as your Soul Language. The Soul Language
Channel is the foundation for opening the other spiritual channels. You must open your Soul Language.
You must practice with it and move it to a high frequency. Soul Language is a very pure connection with
the Soul World. It is a soul-to-soul connection. You are not using logical thinking or conventional speech.
When you use Soul Language, you allow your soul to express itself. This is a wonderful treasure. Your
soul has had hundreds of lifetimes. It has learned many lessons. It has gained great wisdom. It has much
to teach. It has many abilities, including healing, blessing, rejuvenation, and transformation abilities. You
can connect with all of this through Soul Language. When you learn to translate Soul Language, you can
understand what your Soul Language is expressing.
Soul Language is very powerful. You can use it to increase your souls frequency, vibration, and standing.
You can use it to connect with your own soul and with all of your inner souls. You can use it to connect
with the entire Soul World, including the highest saints, the Divine, and the Tao. You can use it to give
healing blessings. Soul Language is a wonderful gift and treasure.
You can also use Soul Language to communicate with others, even if you do not speak the same physical
language. This no longer needs to be a barrier. You can communicate using Soul Language because it is
the universal language. There are many gifts and blessings connected with Soul Language and opening
this spiritual channel. During a Retreat, you will do practices and receive opportunities to open your Soul
Language and to increase its frequency.
Direct Soul Communication Channel

When this channel is open, you can receive direct communication and guidance from the highest saints,
the Divine, the Tao, and any soul. The communication comes to you in your physical language. You
immediately understand what the message is.
When you do direct soul communication or flows, you can ask any question that is appropriate. Avoid
questions about police work. Avoid questions about politics. Avoid questions about another person. The
simple rule is to avoid questions that do not promote love, peace, and harmony.
Questions that will bring about greater love, peace, and harmony are questions that will serve the
mission of transforming the consciousness of humanity and all souls. During a Retreat, you will do
practices to help you open your Direct Soul Communication Channel and increase the accuracy and
frequency of your direct soul communication.

Third Eye Channel
The Third Eye gives you images of the Soul World. These images can help you greatly in your soul
journey. They can give you wonderful teachings and help you understand what is happening in your soul
journey and your daily life. They can show you images that will bring clarity to your own soul journey or
to the soul journey of others. These images can help you appreciate what takes place when you chant, do
other practices, offer service, and receive blessings. All of these images help greatly to encourage you to
do more chanting, practice, and service.
Third Eye images also assist you in helping others. You can tell others what you see through your Third
Eye. This is wonderful service to those who do not have Third Eye ability. When they know what is
happening, they can appreciate how loving and generous the Soul World is on every level and in every
situation. You can also see blockages you have on the physical level. You can see where the root
blockages are, empowering your healing blessings to be more focused and effective. Third Eye images can
give you great guidance, direction, and clarity.
It is also important to realize that you can receive false messages through Third Eye images. Use the
same guidelines suggested for the Direct Soul Communication Channel. Do these images and messages
bring my heart into greater alignment with the Divine? This question is helpful not only for Third Eye
images, but for every aspect of your soul journey.
Direct Knowing Channel

The Direct Knowing Channel gives you a direct line with the Divine, the Tao, and the universe. Your
mind, brain, and heart align completely with the Divine, the Tao, and the universe. When you open the
Direct Knowing Channel, you will have direct communication. This means you do not even need to ask a
question. You do not need to ask: What is the guidance? What is the teaching? How can healing take
place? None of these questions is needed. You receive direct information instantly. You just know.
For example, you may have something you are wondering about. You need to have an answer to this
question but you have not done a direct flow. Suddenly, you will have the answer. That is direct knowing.
It takes place because you have this alignment of mind, brain, and heart with the Divine and the
universe.
To develop direct knowing, you must have a high-level Direct Soul Communication Channel. Your
accuracy must be very high. You must also be very pure. To receive this kind of communication is a huge
privilege. Direct Soul Communication is the preparation to receive this privilege. Soul enlightenment is
further preparation. Direct knowing is important because it makes it possible for you to instantly align
any aspect of your life with the Divine and the Tao. When you speak, you know right away whether what
you say is accurate or not. You have Divine Guidance for every aspect of your life and it is instantaneous.
There is no need to ask what the guidance is for a particular situation; you will simply know.
If you purify every aspect of your life, you will turn your Direct Soul Communication Channel to direct
knowing. During a Retreat, you will do practices to help you open your Direct Knowing Channel.
