of the respondents recognition, these practices became credible in

having a clean and fair election.

The practices along election phase were the most practice phase

evident by its mean value of 4.57. Election phase is the most crucial part

of the election cycle because it is the phase where voting lies and the
sanctity of votes must be preserved. This implies that the respondents

effectively implement these practices because the persons involved

recognized it as a practice that needs to be followed. This implies that the

respondents need to strictly implement the rules and regulations to be

established to have a smooth flow of voting period, to avoid misconduct

and to secure the secrecy of ballots.

The second highest mean was along the pre-election phase with

the average weighted mean of 4.51. This implies that the practices along

the pre-election phase are frequently practice and observed by the

respondents.

The least practice among the actual practices of CSC election

phases with only the average weighted mean of 4.23. This implies that

the practices along the post-election phase were not extensively practice.

However, it is still rated as highly practice.
