It is submitted that undersigned is looking after the work of

Manager of DPPS, S.J. Enclave since 30.12.2014 and as Principal of DPPS/SJE


from 01.04.2015, consequent to the resignation of Ms. Tripti Mawri, Principal.
Thereafter no Principal / Vice Principal has been appointed who could look
after the day to day work of the School.
The DPC for the post of Principal has been adjourned and no Vice
Principal is appointed in DPPS/SJ Enclave who will look after the work of
Principal. However in order to fill the void till the appointment of new
incumbent there is urgent need to hold D.P.C. for appointment of Principal in the
school.
As per Delhi School Education Act, 1973, Rule-96 (3) The Selection
Committee shall consist of:-
(a) In the case of recruitment of the head of the school:-
(i) The Chairman of the managing committee;
(ii) In the case of an unaided school, an educationist is nominated by
the managing committee, and an educationist nominated by the
Director;
(iii) In the case of an aided school, two educationists nominated by the
Director, out of whom at least one shall be a person having
experience of school education;
(iv) A person having experience of the administration of schools, to be
nominated, in the case of an unaided school by the managing
committee, or in the case of an aided school, by the Director;

at (F/A)
Rule-96 (9) Comments - Qualifications for the post of Principal
(i) Masters Degree with at least 2nd Division from a recognized
University or equivalent.
(ii) Degree in Teaching / Education from a recognized University or
equivalent.
(iii) 10 years experience of teaching as Vice-Principal, TGT in Higher
Secondary / Senior Secondary School or Inter College.
The list of senior most Teachers (PGT) along with their service
record of the School is attached at (F/B).
Since Ms. Tripti Mawri, Ex. Principal had resigned on 01.04.2015
and a considerable period for appointment of new Principal has been elapsed. It
is, requested that DPC for the post of Principal/DPPS may kindly be constituted
at the earliest possible.

It is submitted that undersigned is looking after the work of
Manager of DPPS, S.J. Enclave since 30.12.2014 and as Principal of DPPS/SJE

The DPC for the post of Principal has been adjourned and newly
created post of Vice Principal will be filled up in due course. However in order
to fill the void till the appointment of new incumbent there is urgent need to
appoint someone to look after the work of Vice Principal. As per Directorate of
Education, School Branch No. 18021-18041 dated 29.3.1990 officiating charge
of the school should be given only to senior most teacher and only when the
senior most teacher is either not eligible or available the next teacher on the
seniority list be asked to officiate (F/A). The list of senior most Teachers (PGT)
of the School is attached at (F/B). In view of above competent authority may
like to pass orders for nominating a PGT to look after the work of Vice Principal
till a final decision after D.P.C. is taken.

The undersigned is looking after the work of Treasurer of PFED


since January, 2012, Manager of DPPS, S.J. Enclave since 30.12.2014 and
Principal since 01.04.2015 apart from the work of my primary official
designation. If the Management finds it suitable to relieve me from any of the
above mentioned auxiliary task, another officer may be deputed in my place.

It is submitted that the undersigned is looking after the work
of Manger and Principal of DPPS, Sajdarjung Enclave in addition to treasurer of
Police Foundation for Education, Delhi. Inspector (Exe.) Mahesh Chander
Pandey, No.D-1002 (PIS No.16950123) presently working as Admin. Officer in
the school is assisting the undersigned in day to day working and smooth
functioning of School. Inspr. Pandey is under transfer to New Delhi District vide
PHQs Order No.2078-2177/CB-I/PHQ dated 08.01.2015. At this juncture it is
very difficult to relieve him for new place of posting i.e. New Delhi District.
Keeping in view the above, it is requested that the transfer order of Inspector
Mahesh Chander Pandey, No.D-1002 may kindly be got held in abeyance for one
year.
