A beautiful stag was drinking at a pool. He noticed his reflection in the water and was

Last Sunday I visited a marine park called Sea World, which is at Surfers Paradise near
Brisbane. Its the Australias largest marine park and I had a wonderful day there.
The first thing I saw was the Oceanorium, which is a place where you can watch all sorts of
fish and animals under water. There are huge turtles, sharks and beautiful tropical sea fish. The
most exciting thing was watching a man feeding the sharks. He wore a special diving suit.
Then I watched the performing sea animals. The show was in a big outdoor swimming-pool.
There were killer whales, dolphins and sea lions, and they did all sort of fantastic things in the
water. One of the girls in the show rode around the pool on the back of killer whale, and another
girl rode under water on the back of a big turtle. After the show I had lunch.
There were several big restaurants at the park and I had lunch in a restaurant that was

Near my house exists a beautiful and unique beach called La Caleta. It's a balcony to the
Bay of Cadiz. Daily, large boats visit its waters and say hello to the green trees that surround it.
When the wind blows strongly, you can see the fish trying to reach its bank; nevertheless, they
can't do it, because the waters reclaim them like a treasure. I feel good there because I can
relax. It's my favorite place.

a ray. The fishermen love this light, but the fish can't rest quietly, because it disturbs their

Therefore, when I'm far from this place, I'm sad, because I miss it. I miss its clear waters,

How are you? I really miss you. I havent written a letter to you for a long time, because I am

My grandmother is quite an old lady. She has already crossed sixty. Her years have now

Once upon a time, there was a hungry fox which was trying desperately to hunt a
sheep for dinner. He had been watching a herd of sheep in the field which was being
guided by a shepherd and his fierce dogs. There was no way for the fox to get near

Last summer I got a fantastic holiday. I visited some great places.

I went to an airport and was going to fly to Cleveland. I was spending there two

Near my house exists a beautiful and unique beach called La Caleta. It's a balcony to the
Bay of Cadiz. Daily, large boats visit its waters and say hello to the green trees that surround
it. When the wind blows strongly, you can see the fish trying to reach its bank; nevertheless,
they can't do it, because the waters reclaim them like a treasure. I feel good there because I
can relax. It's my favorite place.

The sky over this beach is also different from others. A white and bright light crosses it like
a ray. The fishermen love this light, but the fish can't rest quietly, because it disturbs their

Therefore, when I'm far from this place, I'm sad, because I miss it. I miss its clear waters,

The Miserly Beggar
Long ago there was a king who was passing by a beggars hut. The beggar was filled
with excitement, not because he was about to see the king but because he thought that the
king had expensive jewels and huge sums of money.
He saw the kings carriage when a kindly man was filling his begging bowl with rice.
Pushing the man aside, he ran into the street, shouting praises of the king and the royal
family. The carriage stopped and the king waved to the beggar.
Who are you? he asked.
One of the most unfortunate of your people, said the beggar. Poverty sits on my
doorstep and follows me like a dog. I havent eaten since yesterday afternoon!
Have you got nothing for your king, except suffering? said the king, putting out his

them on the kings palm. The king drove away. The beggar was disappointed. He cursed the
king again and again for his miserliness.
When he returned home in the evening, he found a bag of rice on the floor.
Some generous soul has been here, he thought and took out a handful of rice from
the bag. To his astonishment there was a small piece of gold in it. He realized then that the
bag had been sent by the king. He emptied the rice on the floor, feeling sure there would be
more gold pieces in it, and he was right. He found 5, one for each grain of rice he had given
the king.

My first camping experience was when I was 14 years old. During the first week of our

Corn Flour Pudding
Ingredients:
2000 ml milk
200 gr corn flour
500 gr brown sugar
4 tbs water to dissolve the sugar
1 stick of 10 cm cinnamon
1 tbs butter

Last month I took a weekend trip to Seoul. I read about this cute art
village called Heyri, so I went out on a search. It was quite and adventure.

The Sumatran rhinoceros (Dicerorhinussumatrensis) is the smallest rhino species. It is also

the most distinctive rhinoceros. It has been hunted a lot that it almost extinct. There are less than
300 Sumatran rhinoceroses surviving in Malaysia and Indonesia. Between 1985 and 1995, the
number of Sumatran rhinos declined by 50 percent because of poaching and habitat destruction.
The Sumatran rhinoceros has unique gray or reddish-brown coat. It is believed to be the
only survivor of the lineage that included the woolly rhinoceros. Sumatran rhinos stand up to 1.4 m
at the shoulder and weigh up to 1,000 kg. They have folded skin, like the other Asian rhinos,
except that it is covered with coarse, bristly hair. The Sumatran is the only rhino in Asia with two
horns. The front horn is usually the longest, reaching a length of 90 cm. The rear one is sometimes
so small that the animal looks as if it is single-horned.
They live mainly in forest-covered hills near water and are known to be good at climbing
slopes and swimming. They move mainly at night, and spend most of the day wallowing in mud-
holes and pools.
Sumatran rhinoceroses usually feed on leaves, twigs, and fruit.
Female rhinos reach sexual maturity at about the age of five or six. The males mature
between the ages of seven and eight. However, they do not father calves until they have claimed a
territory, which may take them three or four years. Rhinos always have a single calf, born after a
gestation period of 15 to 18 months. The calf may feed on its mothers milk for up to two years. It
usually remains with its mother until she is about to give birth once more. The calf is only raised by
its mother.

Long time ago, a man named Mario went hunting along the water's edge for seals. To Mario's

eyes. Mario told them about the shore filled with seals. He told how he had hunted them, and how
every seal had escaped his knife. As he spoke, water began to flow from the eyes of the woman and
her son, and they cried with Mario. In this way, people first learned to weep.
Later, Mario and his son hunted a seal together. They killed it and used its skin to make snares
for more seals.
