- Allow parents/caregivers and babies to open eyes and come
out of relaxation slowly

Minutes Stretches Seated Balances, Stretches Parents/caregivers sitting with bent knees, babies lying on belly
and Relaxed Holds on your thigh with head supported between parents/caregivers
bent knees.

- Gently tap down babys back to encourage baby to lift upper
back and neck.
- Gently stroke down babys shoulders and arms to encourage
lift further and open chest.

Open Chest Stretch (for parents/caregivers)
- Take one or both hands to floor behind, draw back shoulders
and open chest; with breath gently lift chin and lower.
REPEAT.

Rolling Arm Hold
- Baby lying across parents/caregivers bent arms chest height,
parents/caregivers leg now straight out in front.
- Raise arms slightly up thus rolling baby gently up arm and
back down. REPEAT.

Bannister Hold: baby supported sitting across parents/caregivers
stretched out thighs.
Bannister Rock: baby very gently rocked from one hand to the
other with neck supported.

Goodbye stretch

- Allow parents/caregivers and babies to open eyes and come
out of relaxation slowly.
