My predecessors living style
In the past our predecessor had a healthy lifestyle
because they didnt eat fast food, they ate vegetables and
fruits. They did exercise every day and didnt watch TV all
the day. They didnt have car, and they walked or rode a
bike. They didnt have medicine, or use drugs. My habits
are different from my predecessors because their lifestyle
was healthier, interactive, happier, more difficult and more
sure. All the habits were changed very quickly. Before
there werent so many chronic diseases because of the
habits they had.
