Project Profile:
Project 1: Tamper proof Biometric Electronic Voting Machine
Description:
This is a project which performs voting through biometric ID card which contains all
information like drivers license, ration info, education qualifications etc. First the biometric
ID card (smart card) is placed on the smart card reader which reads data on the smart card.
Now the finger is placed on the finger print scanner .When both the data are matched (i.e.)
the finger print on the smart card & on the finger print scanner, the voting machine
authenticates the voter and displays their on screen. Then it allows voter to cast their vote
which is displayed on the screen.
Project 2: Tabletop Robot
Description:
In this project a simple robot is constructed using photo detection concept which
when left on a surface automatically diverts its path when any shallow places are identified.
This robot can be effectively used at unmanned missions in both military and astronomy
while surveying unknown terrains.
Project 3: Programmable logic controllers
Description:
This is an industry oriented mini project intended to study various operations
performed by programmable logic controllers at Cormandel Fertilizers Kakinada. I studied
control of machinery, flow control through programmable logic controllers.
Project 4: Automatic Emergency Light
Description:
It is a simple project which turn-on the light automatically through a battery whenever a
sudden failure occurs to the power supply and charges the battery when the power supply is
present.
