Results and Discussions

The researchers used a survey-questionnairefor the 20 respondents from the Office


Administration Professionals at City of San Fernando, La Union. The results from the survey of
20 Office Administration Professionals supported the expected results. To be able to show the
results of the survey-questionnaire, we, the researchers used tallying.

According to the our respondents, most of them rated number 4 which means they are very
satisfied in their general working conditions. And no one who rated number 1 which is the not
satisfied at all. This results only means that Office Administration Professionals are satisfied in
their current work.

The results shows how Office Administration Professionals are very satisfied in pay and
promotion potential aspect of their work. Few of them rated number 5 and 2, most of them rated
number 4 and no one rated the not satisfied at all which is the number 1.

No Office Administration Professionals who rated number 2 and 1. Most of them rated
number 4 and there are only few who rated number 4 and 3. It is only means that they know how
to makibagay to their co-workers, to their boss and to their customers. They are flexible in any
ways and being professionals.
