Points that goes with all the Services:-

Use of Email ids:-

One Email id to be used only once each time the project should start with fresh Email id.

EDU Contextual Blog Posting: - Here requires 2 fresh e-mail ids: 1st for EDU Posting &2 nd for
Government Profile. Same thing goes with Wiki Posting &.EDU Wiki Posting.

For Blog Posting each site requires a new fresh email id no E-mail id should be repeated.

Other things to be Remembered:-

The format of the to be kept as shown in the figures as per the respective services and each
column must be properly filled before sending it for further processing.

Keep Special care while saving the file, give proper file name to the file.
Points To Be Kept In Mind While Carrying Down the Following Services

Social Bookmarking (SB):-

If order id is same but bookmarking is to be done for different segments (e.g.Hubpage, Spokes,
Web2.0) then put it in the same file but on different sheets (sheet 1- hubpage, sheet 2 Spokes,
sheet 3 Web 2.0).

If the project is of( DFSB)- Do follow Social Bookmarking then only do follow sites to be used if
there is still any confusion about Do follow & No follow sites then please clear it first with
trainers or TLs (e.g Order id:-xxxx xx DFSB)

If project says SB (Social Bookmarking) then both DF & NF Sites can be used.

The file format should be as given below: -

Third Party Backlink (TPB)

If Project says (e.g. Order id:-#1111 -75 Pack Submission Done Manually With 25 Contextual
Backlink )

The Username to be used can be similar if not mentioned specifically that its a Unique Account.

Here, the figure 75 says that total sites Submission should be 75 + 10% Extra Approx 85 Site
Submissions to be doneout of which Submission to 25+ 10 % extra Sites will be done with
description and in remaining sites only Keyword with Hyperlink is to be submitted and not the
description.

The file format should be as given below: -

Wiki, .EDU Wiki & .EDU Contextual

1. Wiki

The site should contain only wiki in the domain (e.g . http://l2.eogamer.com/wiki/User:Turner1 )

2. .EDU Wiki

The Site Address should contain Both .EDU Wiki or just .EDU (e.g.
http://www.cs.virginia.edu/wiki/pin/index.php/User_talk:ORTIZ or
http://wagnerpedia.wagner.edu/index.php/User_talk:Nigler )

3. .Edu Contextual Blog Submission.

The Site Should Contain .EDU & blog / weblog in the domain name(e.g.
http://aluniversity.edu/elearning/blog/index.php?userid=10318&courseid=1 or

(http://biology.nebrwesleyan.edu/groups/cindymarolf/weblog/648dd/Power_balance.html --for
blog)

(http://biology.nebrwesleyan.edu/groups/cindymarolf/wiki/079de/gdgd.html - for .EDU Wiki)

The site like this one can be used for both .edu wiki & .EDU Contextual Blog.For this u will have to click
on Blog at the top of the site if doing .EDU Blog and click Wiki if used for .EDU Wiki. The link will
change accordingly

4. While Registration Username to all (i.e. Wiki ,.EDU Wiki & .EDU Contextual Blog Submission )
should be unique i.e. the names should be totally unique (e.g.John,Michael ,etc . and not
John1,john2, john3) or so on.

5. Govt. Profile

3 .EDU Contextual + 3 Govt. Profile

5 .EDU Contextual +3 Govt. Profile

10 .EDU Contextual +5 Govt. Profile

15 .EDU Wiki + 3 Govt. Profile

Govt. Profile only contains keywords and not content.

Login Details for Govt. Profile Should be different than that used for Blog Submission.
The file format should be as given below: -
Article Submission

The Content (i.e. Summary, Body & Author Box) should be submitted completely.

In case if Article Submission is of (Unique Account) then the username/Author name should be
Different for different sites (eg. John,Michael ,etc. and not ,John1,john2,john3 and so on.

Directory Submission

For Article Submission the Email id to be used has to be made by using the clients name
provided to you for submission.

Category is The Most Important Part in Directory Submission It must be the most appropriate.

Before starting the submission first go through the details provided (i.e, Title, Description,
Keywords, URL, Username, etc.) so that u can get an idea regarding what the site is about which
will help u select the proper Category.

The Place where Username is asked put the Clients name over there.

Meta keywords are the same as keywords & Meta description if compulsory put the short
description provided in that field but sees if it goes completely.

After Submission to the directory is done immediately check and activate the confirmation mail.

The file format should be as given below: -

Blog Posting
Use only High page rank sites for small packs (eg. Mini pack, starter, booster pack)

Mini pack 6 page rank sites or above to be used

Starter pack sites of 5 page rank or above to be used

Booster pack sites of 4 page rank may be included but first high page rank sites should be
used.

Same rule goes with other packs too.

Numbers must be avoided while making URL if a particular site does not accepts the keyword
then please inform Trainer or TL and follow their advice and if possible replace the site.

You can use (-) or (_) in case there are more than one word in the keyword not if there is only
one.(but still confirm this with the Trainer or TL first)

Each time a fresh or unused Email id must be used while posting.( 1 email id for 1 site.)

The Password used for Email id and username should be unique (e.g. If Mail p/w is -123service
then p/w for username may be 123online or any other)
 Password should only contain numbers and letters and no special characters to be included.

While formatting the file , each and every detail mentioned in the content file i.e. the word file
given to u for posting should be mentioned at the top.(e.g. order id ,Url & its keywords)

If there are more than 1 URL and different keywords for different URL then each Url and
keywords for that url should be mentioned clearly at the top.

The file format should be as given below: -

Web 2.0 --1st sheet

Hubpages with Spokes: on - 2nd sheet

Given below is the live format for Blog Posting:-

Edu Forum Backlink
* Please go through each and every detail provided to you for submission before starting submission.

Check each and every thing i.e Keywords ,Url and other such details
Before starting plz check if the URL is working .
Do not be confused with the URL with http://00000.com & http://www.0000.com take the URL
as it is still if there is any confusion please confirm it with the TL before starting the project
submission.
Each order must contain 10 % extra site submissions .(e.g .If the order is of 100 .EDU Profile
then well have to do the submissions on 100 +10% extra =110 Sites approx.
If it is mentioned in the order that its a unique account that means You will have to use different
username for different sites.(eg. John,michael ,james & it should not be like john1,john2,john3)
