Purpose : The purpose of this study is to review on instructional leadership among
the principals in the implementation of School-Based Assessment (SBA).
The three dimensions of instructional leadership of the principals in the
implementation of SBA that the authors reviewed were defining school
mission, managing instructional program, creating school learning
climate. Ten functions instructional leadership in the implementation of
SBA that the authors reviewed were toestablish school goals, deliver
school goals, to oversee and evaluate the instructional, to coordinate the
curriculum, to monitor the progress of students, of to protect the
instructional time to look to maintain high visibilityto provide incentives
to teachers, to promote professional development and to provide
incentives for learning students.

Purpose : There were two main purposes of this research. The first
purpose of this research was to explore the practice of the
six dimensions of instructional leadership in promoting
environment. the six dimensions were protecting
instructional time, maintaining high visibility, providing
incentives forteachers, promoting professional
development, providing incentives for learning and
having high expectations. The second purpose was
focused on the relationship between promoting learning
environment and attitude towards change based on three
aspects, being cognitive, affective and behavioural in
secondary schools.

Purpose : There were two main purposes of this research. The first
purpose of this research was to explore is to explore the
practice of instructional leadership of principals based on
four dimensions which are define and establish school
goals, manage instructional program, promote learning
environment and create friendly and cooperative school
environment. The Questionnaire data was analyzed using
descriptive analysis the data was analysed by using Mean
Score, Standard Deviation. The second purpose was
focused on the relationship between the relationship
betweeninstructional leadership among the principals and
their attitude of cognitive, affective and behavioural
toward the changes in the organization of secondary
schools. The inferential statistics in the form of Pearson
Correlation was used to describe the relationship between
the instructional leadership of principals and
demographic factors.

Purpose : The study which was carried out to investigate Teachers


Organisational Trust Perceptions as correlates of School
Principals Instructional leadership Behaviours. The
study was done in Nigde in elementary schools in 2009-
2010 acedemicyear. The questions of this study involved
the significant correlation between instructional
leadership behaviours of school principals and
organizational trust of teachers and the prediction level of
instructional leadership behaviours of school principals
for the organizational trust perceptions of teachers.
