Enthusiasm
The start-up of the Learning Factory 4.0 in fall 2016
marked the rapid entry of the Philipp-Matthus-Hahn
school in Balingen in southern Germany into the age
of Industry 4.0. In 2015, the school received the go-
ahead for the project, which was backed by the state
of Baden-Wrttemberg and funded by businesses in
the region.
