INFORMATION

The Cagayan Provincial Prosecution Office accuses

MARC ARMAND B. MARUZZO of #123 Pallua Norte Tuguegarao
City, Cagayan, for Psychological Violence as defined and
penalized by Republic Act 9262, committed as follows:

That on or about the 1st day of August 2017, in the

City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan, and
within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the
accused MARC ARMAND B. MARUZZO, being then
the husband of the complainant, did then and there
wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously used personal
violence on the complainant, by grabbing her hand
and pushing her to fall down to the floor, grabbing
her to the wall and boxing her stomach, thereby
demeaning and degrading the complainants
intrinsic worth and dignity as a human being, in
violation of Section 5(a) of the Republic Act 9262.

CONTRARY TO LAW, with the offense being attended by

the special qualifying aggravating circumstance of the act
being committed in the presence of her child.
