First proven ancestor of the Romanov family is Andrey Ivanovich Kobyla, great boyar of Simeon I of Moscow, +after 1346/1351, whos father was apparently Glanda-Kambila Divonovich (christian name Ivan),
who came to Russia from Lithuania or Prussia in the late 13th century; He had issue:
