DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale of Real Property is made and executed by and
between

JESALY B. SALDUA, Filipino, of legal age, married to Edilberto T. Saldua and


a resident of Roma Rosa Townhouse, Unit 23 Blk. 1 Luzon Ave., Quezon City,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR; and

The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY, a Local


Government Unit organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines with principal office at Capitol Building, Cabidianan,
Nabunturan, Compostela Valley, Philippines, herein represented by its Governor,
HON. JAYVEE TYRON L. UY, authorized by Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution
No. 23, series of 2017, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the Vendor is the lawful and registered owner of a parcel of land
particularly described as follows:

portion of Lot 3530 Moncayo Cadastre, situated in the Barrio
of, Mun. Of Moncayo, Province of Compostela Valley; Island
of Mindanao. Bounded as follows: On the SE., along lines 2-
3-4 by National Road; along line 4-5 by lot 3531; along line 5-
6 by lot 3508; on the SW., along line 6-1 by lot 3508, all of
Moncayo Cadastre; on the NW., along line 1-2 by lot 3530-A,
of the subd. Plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan
being S. 69 deg. 39 E., 3598.49 m. From BLLM No. 3,
Moncayo Cadastre.

Containing an area of FIFTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
(15,500) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Points referred to are
indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as
follows: Points 1,2 by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15x50 cms. & the
rest by Old PS. Bearings, true; date of original survey, Feb. 21,
19 52 and that of the subdivision survey, Nov. 7, 2001
executed by Geodetic Engineer Bernardino C. Magno and
approved on Dec. 10, 2001.

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND (P1,500,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, which the Vendor has
received from the Vendee, to their mutual and complete satisfaction, the
Vendor does hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, CONVEY, and DELIVER, the above-
described parcel of land together with all the improvements thereon, unto the
Vendee, its heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, free from all liens and
encumbrances.

the VENDOR and VENDEE and their witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
