Following five Saturdays will be observed as working days for the second year UG
students (due to late commencement of classes).

1) August 20, 2016 (Time table of Monday will be followed)

2) September 03, 2016 (Time table of Tuesday will be followed)
3) October 08, 2016 (Time table of Wednesday will be followed)
4) November 19, 2016 (Time table of Thursday will be followed)
5) November 26, 2016 (Time table of Friday will be followed)
(*) Registration shall be treated as completed, provided:

He/She has deposited the semester fee within the prescribed period of each semester.
He/She has to secure a fee slip from the accounts section to confirm registration
within that prescribed period. Kindly bring the proof of deposit of fee to the accounts
section to get the fee slip.

In case a student fails in either of the above within the prescribed time, he/she will be deemed
as not registered and can be registered only by paying late registration fee of Rs. 1000/- till
the last dates of registration mentioned above. There shall be no registration after the elapse
of period mentioned for late registration above.

Note: In case of shortage of slots for MST & EST, the examinations can even be held on
Sundays.

Out of total 68 days of vacations faculty can avail maximum up to 60 days vacations. For the
remaining 8 days in an academic year, faculty will remain on duty with prior consent of
concerned Head of Deptt./School. Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays may be suffixed to
vacations.
