A PYP schools responsibility
A PYP school is responsible for ensuring that there are regular
opportunities for collaboration among teachers in the school
including homeroom/classroom, single-subject and support
teachers (for example, teacher-librarian, ICT teacher, learning
and/or special needs teacher). -ibo.org 2011

According to the IB, the integration of information literacy and information technology
skills in the classroom is a shared responsibility among all of the teachers at school.
MKIS provides Team Meeting time to allow this planning and collaboration among
teachers and specialists. IT/IL instruction is vertically aligned and guided by a set of
IT/IL Standards and Benchmarks.
