Tokyo Skytree is the tallest tower in Tokyo. It is mainly used for television and radio
broadcasting. It reaches 634 m. When you come to Tokyo, you will easily find the tower because
its giant structure contrast with its surrounding.
Tokyo Skytree also houses many restaurants and offices. Climbing the giant tower will be an
amazing experience. The tower opens daily till 15.00 for visitors who want to climb it. Tours can
be taken by lift or stairs. Climbing the steep trail will take 5 hours. Many people say We have
been to several place, such as the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the KL Tower in Kuala Lumpur, Sydney
tower in Sydnay and of course the Statue of Liberty in New York. They are all gorgeous but this
tower gave us sensation as expressed in a famous Javanese quota: you are not a real man until
you have climbed the Skytree.

Yesterday was the busiest day ever. My friend and I went to the campus to do many academic
activities there. In the morning, I spent time presenting a project given last week, while my
colleague assisted me, working behind the scene she operated the slides and resumed the
presentation.
Then, we consulted the lecturer about our paper and our presentation. My lecturer said that our
presentation was quite satisfactory, but the paper was not. We had to do a lot of corrections to the
writing format, the choice of words, and the spelling. It was shocking since we have composed it
for over whole week. Surprisingly, we had to hand the paper this evening.
Therefore, we revised the paper. We finished at 4 P.M and soon were resubmitted it. Then, we
went to a meeting with Indonesia Mengajars club in the campus hall. We discussed the teaching
schedule for next months teaching programme.
It was really a busy day. I came home at 10 PM and went to sleep directly.

Ten Tips to Increase Concentration when studying

1. Be enthusiastic with what you learn. Stay away from others and take a deep breath several
times. It will help you feel relaxed and beat a bad mood.
2. Find a place to study. It should not always be a nice place but you must be comfortable in the
place.
3. Identify things that can probably disturb you, such as noise, certain fragrances, etc. You have to
 have strategies to remove the disturbance.
4. If you want to study while you listen to music, choose soft music. It functions as background
that will help you feel comfortable.
5. To help you understand the material easily, start your study with questions and chapter outlines.
6. Break up the materials into smaller parts that can be completed in a short time.
7. Concentrate on one task. Complete the task and move to another.
8. Spend your peak time of concentration on difficult topics.
9. Take a five minutes break.
