1. Allgemeine Hinweise

1.1 Sicherheit
Bei smtlichen Arbeiten sind die einschlgigen Unfallverhtungsvorschriften nach BGV C22 zu beachten.
Besonders bei Begehung der Behlter ist eine 2. Person zur Absicherung erforderlich.
Des Weiteren sind bei Einbau, Montage, Wartung, Reparatur usw. die in Frage kommenden Vorschriften
und Normen zu bercksichtigen. Hinweise hierzu finden Sie in den dazugehrigen Abschnitten dieser
Anleitung.
Bei smtlichen Arbeiten an der Anlage bzw. Anlagenteilen
ist immer die Gesamtanlage auer Betrieb zu setzen und
gegen unbefugtes Wiedereinschalten zu sichern.
Vor Inbetriebnahme muss der Tank grndlich gereinigt
werden, da durch Transport und Lagerung eventuell
Schmutz oder Regenwasser in den Behlter gekommen
sein kann.
Der Behlterdeckel ist stets, auer bei Arbeiten im
Behlter, verschlossen zu halten, ansonsten besteht
hchste Unfallgefahr. Der bei Anlieferung montierte
Regenschutz ist nur eine Transportverpackung und nicht
begehbar und nicht kindersicher, er muss umgehend nach
Anlieferung gegen eine geeignete Abdeckung
ausgetauscht werden (Trinkwasser-Teleskop-Domschacht
mit entsprechender Abdeckung)! Es sind nur Original
GRAF Abdeckungen oder von Fa. GRAF schriftlich
freigegebene Abdeckungen zu verwenden.
Die Firma GRAF bietet ein umfangreiches Sortiment an Zubehrteilen, die alle aufeinander abgestimmt
sind und zu kompletten Systemen ausgebaut werden knnen. Die Verwendung anderer Zubehrteile
kann dazu fhren, dass die Funktionsfhigkeit der Anlage beeintrchtigt und die Haftung fr daraus
entstandene Schden aufgehoben wird.

5.1 Baugrund
Vor der Installation mssen folgende Punkte unbedingt abgeklrt werden:
Die bautechnische Eignung des Bodens nach DIN 18196
Maximal auftretende Grundwasserstnde bzw. Sickerfhigkeit des Untergrundes
Auftretende Belastungsarten, z. B. Verkehrslasten
Zur Bestimmung der bodenphysikalischen Gegebenheiten sollte ein Bodengutachten beim rtlichen
Bauamt angefordert werden.

5.2 Baugrube
Damit ausreichend Arbeitsraum vorhanden ist, muss die Grundflche der Baugrube die Behltermae auf
jeder Seite um 500 mm berragen, der Abstand zu festen Bauwerken muss mind. 1000 mm betragen.
Die Bschung ist nach DIN 4124 anzulegen. Der Baugrund muss waagerecht und eben sein und eine
ausreichende Tragfhigkeit gewhrleisten.
Die Tiefe der Grube muss so bemessen sein, dass die max. Erdberdeckung (siehe Punkt 2 -
Einbaubedingungen) ber dem Behlter nicht berschritten wird. Fr die ganzjhrige Nutzung der Anlage
ist eine Installation des Behlters und der wasserfhrenden Anlagenteile im frostfreien Bereich
notwendig. In der Regel liegt die frostfreie Tiefe bei ca. 600 mm 800 mm, genaue Angaben hierzu
erhalten Sie bei der zustndigen Behrde. Als Unterbau wird eine Schicht verdichteter Rundkornkies
(Krnung 8/16, Dicke ca. 150 200 mm) aufgetragen.

5. Einbau und Montage

5.2.1 Hanglage, Bschung etc.

Beim Einbau des Behlters in unmittelbarer Nhe (< 5 m)
eines Hanges, Erdhgels oder einer Bschung muss eine
statisch berechnete Sttzmauer zur Aufnahme des
Erddrucks errichtet werden. Die Mauer muss die
Behltermae um mind. 500 mm in alle Richtungen
berragen und einen Mindestabstand von 1000 mm zum
Behlter haben.

5.2.2 Grundwasser und bindige

(wasserundurchlssige) Bden (z. B. >800 <2000
Lehmboden)
Bei nur gelegentlich auftretendem Grundwasser und
bindigen, wasserundurchlssigen Bden (z.B. Lehm) ist
fr eine ausreichende Ableitung (Drainage) des Grund-
bzw. Sickerwassers zu sorgen, so dass die Behlter nie
tiefer als in der Tabelle angegeben im Grundwasser
stehen. Ggf. muss die Drainageleitung in einem
senkrecht eingebauten DN 300 Rohr enden, in dem eine
Tauchdruckpumpe eingelassen ist, die das berschssige Tankgre 10.000 L
Wasser abpumpt. Die Pumpe ist regelmig zu berprfen.

Ist zu erwarten, dass die Behlter tiefer eintauchen ist in

jedem Fall fr eine ausreichende Ableitung zu sorgen.
Wir empfehlen generell die Verlegung einer
Drainageleitung, da bei lngeren Regenereignissen der
Grundwasserstand unvorhergesehen ansteigen kann.

5.2.3 Installation neben befahrenen Flchen

Werden die Erdtanks neben Verkehrsflchen installiert, die
mit schweren Fahrzeugen ber 12 t befahren werden,
entspricht der Mindestabstand zu diesen Flchen
mindestens der Grubentiefe.

5.3 Einsetzen und Verfllen

Die Behlter sind stofrei mit geeignetem Gert in die
vorbereitete Baugrube einzubringen.
Vor dem Anfllen der Behlterumhllung wird der Behlter
zu 1/3 mit Wasser gefllt, danach wird die Umhllung
(Rundkornkies max. Krnung 8/16) lagenweise in max.
40 cm Schritten bis Behlteroberkante angefllt und
verdichtet. Die einzelnen Lagen mssen gut verdichtet
werden (Handstampfer). Beim Verdichten ist eine
Beschdigung des Behlters zu vermeiden. Es drfen auf
keinen Fall mechanische Verdichtungsmaschinen einge-
setzt werden. Die Umhllung muss mind. 500 mm breit
sein.

5.4 Anschlsse legen

Alle Anschlsse sind unterhalb des
Tankdomes anzubringen, sodass
gewhrleistet ist, dass der maximale
Wasserstand im Behlter unterhalb der
Verbindung Tank/Tankdom liegt.

Achtung: Fr die Montage der Anschlsse
verwenden Sie bitte ausschlielich
lebensmittelechte Materialien (z.B. PE-
Verschraubungen).

6. Tankdom und Trinkwasser-Teleskop Domschacht montieren

6.1 Tankdom montieren

Vor der eigentlichen Montage wird die mitgelieferte
Dichtung zwischen Tank und Tankdom auf das A
Aufnahmeprofil des Tankhalses B geschoben und
anschlieend bis zum Anschlag in den Tankhals
eingeschoben. Es muss unbedingt auf den Sitz der
oberen Dichtung A (bereits vormontiert) geachtet B
werden.

6.2 Trinkwasser-Teleskop Domschacht montieren

Der Trinkwasser-Teleskop Domschacht ermglicht ein
stufenloses Anpassen des Behlters an gegebene
Gelndeoberflchen zwischen 750 mm und 1050 mm
Erdberdeckung. Zur Montage wird die Profildichtung
(Material EPDM) des Tankdoms grozgig mit Schmierseife
(keine Schmierstoffe auf Minerallbasis verwenden, da
diese die Dichtung angreifen) eingerieben. Anschlieend
wird das Trinkwasser-Teleskop ebenfalls eingefettet,
eingeschoben und an die Gelndeoberflche angeglichen.

6.3 Trinkwasser-Teleskop Domschacht begehbar

Wichtig: Um das bertragen von Lasten auf den Behlter zu
verhindern wird das Trinkwasser-Teleskop lagenweise mit
Rundkornkies (max. Krnung 8/16) angefllt und
gleichmig verdichtet. Dabei ist eine Beschdigung des
Behltertankdomes bzw. Teleskops zu vermeiden.
Anschlieend wird der Deckel aufgesetzt und kindersicher
verschlossen, die Verschraubung am Deckel ist so fest
anzuziehen, dass sie von einem Kind nicht
geffnet werden kann!

6.4 Innen liegender Deckel

Das Trinkwasser-Teleskop ist mit einem zweiten innen liegenden Deckel
versehen. Dieser ist ebenfalls immer, auer bei Arbeiten im Behlter,
verschlossen zu halten. Der Deckel wird auf den Flanschring
aufgeschraubt, wobei unbedingt alle Schrauben fest anzuziehen sind.

6.5 Montage Zwischenstck

Wird bei greren Erdberdeckungen ein Zwischenstck bentigt
wird dieses unter Zuhilfenahme von Schmierseife in den Tankdom
eingesetzt. In die oberste Nut des Zwischenstcks wird die
Profildichtung eingelegt und grozgig eingefettet. Anschlieend
den Trinkwasser-Teleskop Domschacht einschieben und an die
geplante Gelndeoberflche anpassen.

7. Inspektion und Wartung

Die gesamte Anlage ist mind. alle drei Monate auf Dichtheit, Sauberkeit und Standsicherheit zu
berprfen.
Eine Wartung der gesamten Anlage sollte in Abstnden von ca. 5 Jahren erfolgen. Dabei sind alle
Anlagenteile zu reinigen und auf ihre Funktion zu berprfen. Bei Wartungen sollte wie folgt vorgegangen
werden:
Behlter restlos entleeren
Flchen und Einbauteile mit Wasser reinigen
Schmutz aus dem Behlter restlos entfernen
alle Einbauteile auf ihren festen Sitz berprfen.

1. General notes

1.1 Safety
The relevant accident prevention regulations according to BGV C22 must be observed during all work.
Particularly when walking on the tanks, a 2nd person is required to secure the tank.
The relevant regulations and standards must additionally be taken into consideration during installation,
assembly, servicing, repair, etc. Relevant notes can
be found in the corresponding sections of these
instructions.
During all work on the system or parts of the system,
the entire system must always be rendered
inoperable and secured to prevent unauthorised
reactivation.
The tank must be thoroughly cleaned prior to
commissioning, because transport and storage may
result in dirt or rainwater entering the container.
Except in the event of work carried out in the tank, the
cover of the tank must always be kept sealed, as this
otherwise constitutes a maximum risk of accident.
The rain protection installed on delivery is merely
transportation packaging. It cannot be walked on and
is not child-proof; it must be replaced with a suitable
cover immediately following delivery (drinking water
telescopic dome shaft with corresponding cover)!
Only original GRAF covers or covers approved in
writing by GRAF must be used.
GRAF offers an extensive range of accessories, all of
which are designed to match each other and which
can be extended to form complete systems. The use of other accessories may lead to impediments to the
system's functional capability, therefore invalidating liability for resulting damage.

5.1 Construction site

Under all circumstances, the following points must be clarified prior to installation:
The structural suitability of the ground according to DIN 18196
Maximum groundwater levels which occur and drainage capability of the subsoil
Types of load which occur, e.g. traffic loads
An expert ground report should be requested from the local planning authority to determine the physical
characteristics of the subsoil.

5.2 Trench
To ensure that sufficient space is available for working, the base area of the trench must exceed the
dimensions of the tank by 500 mm on each side; the distance from solid constructions must be at least
1000 mm.
The embankment must be designed according to DIN 4124. The construction site must be horizontal and
plane and must guarantee sufficient load-bearing capacity.
The depth of the trench must be dimensioned so that the max. earth coverage (see point 2 installation
conditions) above the tank is not exceeded. To use the system throughout the entire year, it is necessary
to install the tank and those parts of the system which conduct water in the frost-free area. The frost-free
depth is usually approx. 600 mm 800 mm; precise information in this regard can be obtained from the
responsible authority.
A layer of compacted, round-grain gravel (grain size 8/16, thickness approx. 150 - 200 mm) is applied as
the foundation.

5. Installation and assembly

5.2.1 Slope, embankment, etc.

On installation of the tank in the immediate vicinity (< 5
m) of a slope, earthen mound or slope, a statically
calculated supporting wall must be erected to absorb the
soil pressure. The wall must exceed the dimensions of
the tank by at least 500 mm in all directions, and must be
located at least 1000 mm away from the tank.

5.2.2 Groundwater and cohesive (water-

impermeable) soils (e.g. clay soil) >800 <2000

With only occasional ground water and cohesive, water-

impermeable soils (e.g. loam), adequate drainage of the
ground water or leakage water must be ensured so that
the tanks never stand deeper in the ground water than
indicated in the table. If necessary, the drainage line
must end in a vertical DN 300 pipe in which an
immersion pressure pump is installed to pump off the
excessive water. The pump must be checked at regular Tank size 10.000 L
intervals.

If it is to be expected that the tanks could sink lower,
adequate drainage must be ensured in all cases.

We recommend the general laying of a drainage line,

since in the event of prolonged rainfall the ground
water level can rise unexpectedly.

5.2.3 Installation adjacent to surfaces used by

vehicles
If the underground tanks are installed adjacent to
surfaces which are used by heavy vehicles weighing
over 12 t, the minimum distance away from these
surfaces is at least the depth of the trench.

5.3 Insertion and filling

The tanks must be inserted, impact-free, into the
prepared trench using suitable equipment. The tank is
filled with 1/3 water before filling the tank surround.
Afterwards the surrounding (roundgrain gravel, max.
grain size 8/16) is then filled in layers of max. 40 cm
steps and is compacted.
The individual layers must be well-compacted (manuel
tamper). Damage to the tank must be avoided during
compaction. Mechanical compaction machines must not
be used under any circumstances. The surrounding
must be at least 500 mm wide.

5.4 Routing connections

All connections are to be attached beneath the
tank dome in order to ensure that the maximum
water level in the tank lies beneath the tank/tank
dome connection.

Attention: Please only use food safe materials maximum

(e.g. PE threaded connections) for the water level
assembly of the connections).

6. Assembling the tank dome and drinking water telescopic dome shaft

6.1 Assembling the tank dome

Prior to assembly, the enclosed seal is locked A
onto the tank necks profile B. The tank dome is
then locked to the tank neck. It is essential to
make sure that the upper seal "A" (pre-
assembled) is correctly installed.

6.2 Assembling the drinking water telescopic dome

shaft
The telescopic dome shaft enables infinite adaptation of
the tank to given site surfaces with earth coverage of
between 750 mm and 1050 mm.
For assembly purposes, the enclosed profile seal
(material EPDM) is inserted into the tank dome's sealing
groove and is coated generously with soft soap (do not
use mineral oil-based lubricants, as these attack the
seal). The telescope is then greased, inserted and
aligned with the surface of the site.

6.3 Telescopic dome shaft on which persons may

walk
Important: To prevent loads from being transferred onto the
tank, round-grain gravel (max. grain size 8/16) is filled in
layers around the telescope and is evenly compacted.
Damage to the tank dome and telescope must be avoided
during this step. The cover is then positioned and is sealed to
prevent entry by children. Tighten the threaded connection on
the cover so tightly that it cannot be opened by a child!

6.4 Internal lid

The drinking water telescope is equipped with a second internal lid. This
is always to be kept closed except when working in the container. The lid
is screwed onto the flange ring, whereupon all screws must then be
screwed tight.

6.5 Assembling the adapter

For lager coverage heights a adapter is needed. To insert the
adapter into the tank dome, soft soap is needed. Into the highest
groove of the adapter the profile seal is inserted an greased
generously. Afterwards push the drinking water telescopic dome
shaft into the adapter and adapt it to the planned area surface.

7. Inspection and servicing

The entire system must be checked for leaks, cleanliness and stability at least every three months.
The entire system should be serviced at intervals of approx. 5 years. In this case, all parts of the system
must be cleaned and their function checked. Servicing should be carried out as follows:
Drain the tank completely
Clean surfaces and internal parts with water
Remove all dirt from the tank

1. Gnralits

1.1 Scurit
Les rgles de scurit doivent imprativement tre respectes lors de linstallation de la cuve. Durant
linspection de la cuve, une 2me personne doit tre
prsente. Les instructions dinstallation, de montage,
dentretien et de rparation indiques ci-aprs doivent
tre scrupuleusement respectes.
Durant toute intervention sur la cuve ou les accessoires,
linstallation complte doit tre mise hors service.
Avant la mise en service, nettoyer soigneusement la
cuve qui peut contenir des salissures ou de leau de
pluie suite au transport et au stockage.
Pour des raisons de scurit, le couvercle de la cuve
doit imprativement tre verrouill.
Le couvercle de protection provisoire plac sur la
cuve lors de la livraison doit immdiatement tre
remplac par la rehausse tlescopique deau potable
avec couvercle en PE.
Seuls les rehausses et couvercles GRAF doivent
tre utiliss.
La socit GRAF vous propose une large gamme
daccessoires dune grande compatibilit. Lutilisation dautres accessoires peut contribuer un mauvais
fonctionnement de linstallation. Les dommages subis dans ce cas ne sont pas garantis.

5.1 Terrain
Avant linstallation, les points suivants doivent tre imprativement vrifis :
La nature du terrain
La hauteur de la nappe phratique et capacit de drainage du sol
Les charges devant tre supportes par la cuve (par exemple : passage voitures)
Lors de limplantation de la cuve proximit dun arbre existant ou dune plantation en prvision,
veillez respecter une distance correspondant au minimum au diamtre de la couronne de
larbre adulte.
Pour dterminer les conditions physiques du sol, il convient deffectuer une tude de sols.
5.2 Fouille
La fosse doit avoir des dimensions suffisantes pour permettre une bonne mise en place de la cuve.
Prvoir un minimum de 50 cm autour de la cuve et 1 m de toute construction.
Ne pas placer la cuve au pied dune pente ou dun talus. La pression exerce par la terre ou par les
coulements deau cet endroit peuvent endommager la cuve. Le terrain doit tre plan, il doit avoir une
rsistance la charge de la cuve.
La profondeur de la fosse doit tre calcule de manire ce que le recouvrement de la cuve
corresponde aux instructions du chapitre 2. Pour une utilisation de la cuve durant toute lanne, il est
indispensable denterrer la cuve ainsi que les accessoires en hors gel, soit environ 80 cm sous terre.
Mettre en place un lit de de gravier 8/16 denviron 20 cm. Dans le cas dun sol instable, installer un socle
de bton de 10 cm sous la cuve, avant la couche de gravier.

5.2.1 Pentes, talus

Pour limplantation dune cuve sur une pente suprieure
2 % sur 5 m autour de la cuve, il est impratif de prvoir
un mur de soutnement 1 m minimum en amont de la
cuve. Le mur devra dpasser de 50 cm sous la cuve et de
chaque cots de la cuve.

5.2.2 Groundwater and cohesive (water-impermeable)

Dans le cas o la cuve est installe plus profondment
dans la nappe phratique quindiqu dans le tableau ci-
contre, dans un terrain argileux, ou un terrain non
permable (non drainant), il est impratif dvacuer les
eaux par un drainage tout autour de la cuve. Si
ncessaire relier le tuyau de drainage un tuyau vertical
DN 300 quip dune pompe de relevage. Le bon
fonctionnement de cette pompe doit tre vrifi
rgulirement. Le systme dvacuation doit tre
dimensionn de faon empcher la monte du niveau Dim. rserv. 10.000 L
deau. Prof. dimm. 1142,50 mm

Dune manire gnrale, nous recommandons la pose

dune conduite de drainage avec pompe de relevage.
En effet, en cas dvnements pluviomtriques
prolongs, une monte de la nappe phratique peut se
produire.

5.2.3 Installation adjacent to surfaces used by vehicles

Si les cuves enterrer sont installes proximit de
surfaces roulantes o circulent des vhicules de plus de 12
tonnes, la distance minimale par rapport ces surfaces
doit correspondre au minimum la profondeur de la fouille
(voir ci-contre).

5.3 Mise en place et remplissage

Les cuves doivent tre installes dans la fosse grce un
matriel adapt. Il est impratif de monter tout de suite
le dme sur la cuve, avant la mise en eau et avant de
remblayer.
Lespace entre la fosse et la cuve doit tre au minimum de
50 cm.
Pour viter toute dformation de la cuve et assurer son
maintien dans la fosse, remplir deau 1/3 de la cuve avant
de remblayer progressivement par couches successives 40
cm de gravier 8/16 sur le pourtour de la cuve, afin de bien
remplir toutes les cavits chaque couche doit tre tasse
manuellement et non mcaniquement, jusquau
recouvrement total de la cuve.
Attention ! Ne jamais tasser le remblai avec un engin de terrassement.

5.4 Raccordement
Tous les raccordements doivent tre effectus
en dessous du dme du rservoir de sorte que le
niveau deau maximal dans la cuve soit en
dessous de la liaison rservoir/dme du
rservoir.

exclusivement des matriaux de qualit
alimentaire (p. ex. raccords filets en PE).

6. Montage du dme et de la rehausse tlescopique deau potable

6.1 Montage du dme

Placer le joint dtanchit livr avec le dme dans
la rainure de louverture de la cuve B.

6.2 Monter de la rehausse tlescopique deau potable

La rehausse tlescopique deau potable permet un ajustement
facile et prcis de la cuve par rapport au niveau du sol. Un
recouvrement de 750 et 1050 mm dme inclus.
Ne pas trop graisser les joints dtanchit avant leur
positionnement : ils risquent de sortir de leur cavit lors de
la pose de la rehausse. Montage : placer le joint dtanchit
comme indiqu ci-dessus. Enduire gnreusement les lvres
du joint avec de la graisse blanche, ne pas utiliser de graisse
base dhuile minrale, trop agressive pour le joint. Enduire
galement de graisse blanche la rehausse tlescopique, glisser
celle-ci dans le dme de la cuve et ajuster la hauteur au niveau
du sol.

6.3 Rehausse tlescopique passage pitons

Attention: afin de ne pas reporter une charge extrieure sur la
cuve, remblayer le pourtour de la rehausse avec du gravier
ronds granulomtrie max. 8/16 et compacter rgulirement. Il
faut alors veiller ne pas abmer le dme du rservoir ni la
rehausse tlescopique. Poser le couvercle sur la rehausse et
verrouiller solidement (scurit enfants).
Attention ! Serrer vis et boulons de faon quun enfant ne puisse pas les ouvrir!

6.4 Couvercle intrieur

La rehausse tlescopique deau potable est quipe dun second
couvercle intrieur. Celui-ci doit galement toujours tre ferm, sauf lors
dinterventions dans le rservoir. Le couvercle est viss sur lanneau de
bride. Toutes les vis doivent imprativement tre fermement visses.

6.5 Montage de la rallonge

Pour un remblai plus consquent, il est ncessaire dutiliser la rallonge
muni dun joint: enduire gnreusement ce joint avec de la graisse
blanche. Enduire galement de graisse blanche la rehausse
tlescopique deau potable, glisser celle-ci dans le dme de la
cuve et ajuster la hauteur au niveau du sol.

7. Inspection et entretien

Ltanchit, la propret et la stabilit de lensemble de linstallation doit tre vrifie au moins tous les
trois mois.
Lentretien de lensemble de linstallation doit tre effectu environ tous les 5 ans.
Tous les accessoires doivent tre nettoys et vrifier leur bon fonctionnement. Lors des oprations
dentretien, procder de la manire suivante:
Vider entirement la cuve sans laisser aucun rsidu
Enlever les rsidus restant avec une brosse souple
Nettoyer les parois de la cuve et les accessoires avec de leau
Vrifier le bon positionnement des accessoires.

1. Indicaciones generales

1.1 Seguridad
En la ejecucin de todos los trabajos deben seguirse las prescripciones pertinentes de prevencin de
accidentes segn BGV C22. Particularmente, en la inspeccin personal del depsito se requiere una
segunda persona para fines de seguridad.
Por lo tanto se deben seguir las prescripciones y
normas correspondientes a la ejecucin de los trabajos
de instalacin, montaje, mantenimiento y reparacin.
Encontrar mayor informacin en los prrafos
correspondientes en estas instrucciones.
Antes de la ejecucin de los trabajos en el equipo o en
piezas individuales del equipo debe ponerse toda la
instalacin fuera de servicio, protegindola
simultneamente contra una puesta en marcha no
autorizada.
Antes de la puesta en servicio, el tanque debe limpiarse
bien, ya que debido al transporte y almacenamiento es
posible que se haya acumulado suciedad y agua de
lluvia en el depsito.
El recipiente del depsito debe mantenerse siempre
cerrado, ya que de manera contraria existe un alto
riesgo de accidentes. Se deben usar exclusivamente
cubiertas originales de GRAF o bien cubiertas cuyo uso
ha sido autorizado por escrito por GRAF.
La compaa GRAF ofrece un amplio surtido de accesorios que han sido adaptados entre s y que
pueden ampliarse para formar sistemas completos. La utilizacin de otros accesorios puede provocar la
prdida de funcionalidad de la instalacin, de modo que el fabricante no asume la responsabilidad de los
daos generados en estos casos.

5.1 Terreno para la instalacin

Antes de la instalacin se requiere obligatoriamente la aclaracin de los siguientes puntos:
Aptitud de tcnica de construccin del terreno segn DIN 18196
Niveles de aguas subterrneas mximos o bien capacidad de infiltracin del terreno
Tipos de carga presentados in situ, p. ej. trfico
Para la determinacin de las condiciones fsicas del terreno debe solicitarse un dictamen pericial de
terreno de la oficinal municipal de obras y construcciones.

5.2 Fosa
Para que haya suficiente espacio de trabajo, se requiere que en todos los lados del depsito queden
500 mm hasta las paredes del foso. La distancia hacia otros edificios y construcciones slidas debe ser
de al menos 1000 mm.
El talud debe disearse segn la norma DIN 4124. El terreno debe estar horizontal y plano y contar
adems con suficiente capacidad de carga.
La profundidad de la fosa debe estar dimensionada de tal manera que no se pueda sobrepasar el
cubrimimiento mximo (vase el punto 2 Condiciones de instalacin) sobre el tanque. Para la
utilizacin del equipo durante todo el ao se requiere la instalacin del tanque y de las piezas
conductoras de agua del equipo en un rea libre de heladas. Por lo general, la profundidad libre se
encuentra aprox. en 600 mm 800 mm; las indicaciones precisas deben comprobarse con la autoridad
encargada.
Como base puede aplicarse una capa de grava de grano redondo compactada (granulacin 8/16, grosor
aprox. 150 200 mm).

5. Instalacin y montaje

5.2.1 Localizacin oblicua, pendientes, etc

En caso de instalar el tanque en cerca (< 5 m) de una
pendiente, de un montn de tierra o un talud, se requiere
el levantamiento de un muro de contencin para la
compensacin de la presin de la tierra. El muro debe
sobrepasar las dimensiones del tanque 500 mm en
todas las direcciones y debe haber una distancia mnima
de 1000 mm al tanque.

5.2.2 Aguas subterrneas y terrenos coherentes

(impermeables al agua, p. ej. tierras
arcillosas) >800 <2000

En caso de que las aguas subterrneas solo aparezcan

en raras ocasiones y el suelo sea cohesivo e
impermeable (p. ej. Arcilla), se debe contar con la
suficiente capacidad de derivacin (drenaje) para las
aguas subterrneas y freticas, para que la profundidad
del depsito en el agua subterrnea no supere nunca la
indicada en la tabla. En caso necesario la conduccin
de drenaje debe terminar en un tubo DN 300 instalado
verticalmente, en el que se adapte una bomba sumergible

Si es de esperar que el tanque se sumerja ms profundo,
se debe disponer siempre una capacidad de derivacin suficiente.
Recomendamos la disposicin de forma general de
una conduccin de drenaje, ya que en caso de
precipitaciones prolongadas el nivel de las aguas
subterrneas puede elevarse de forma imprevista.

5.2.3 Instalacin cerca de superficies transitadas

Cuando se procede con la instalacin de los tanques
enterrados cerca de superficies transitadas, la distancia
mnima hacia estas reas corresponde al valor de la
profundidad de la fosa.

5.3 Colocacin y relleno

Realice una base de grava. La grava debe ser
redondeada con un mximo de granulacin del 8/16. No
se podrn utilizar elementos punzantes. Nunca depositar
desechos de obra. Introduzca el tanque en el interior de
la zanja evitando golpes y usando maquinaria adecuada.
Rellene el tanque de agua hasta slo 1/3 de su
capacidad. Despus llene gradualmente la zanja de
grava o de grava mezclada con arena formando capas de
40 cm hasta la parte inferior de la cpula. Es importante
compactar bien cada una de las capas. No utilice una
compactadora mecnica en ningn caso.

5.4 Conexiones
Todas las conexiones deben ubicarse
bajo la cpula para garantizar que el
nivel mximo de agua en el tanque est
por debajo de la conexin

6. Montaje de la cpula y cubierta telescpica para agua potable

6.1 Montaje de la cpula

Primero de todo colocamos la junta entre la
cpula y el tanque. Las alas de la junta tienen A
que quedar en la cara interior del tanque. Es
importante colocar la junta entre la cpula y la
cubierta segn el esquema A (premontado).

6.2 Montaje de la cubierta telescpica para aguq potable

La cubierta telescpica permite la adaptacin continua del tanque
a las condiciones particulares de la superficie del terreno entre
750 mm y 1050 mm de cubrimiento de tierra.
Para el montaje se inserta la junta de perfil suministrada
(material EPDM) en el encaje de la cpula del tanque y se unta
generosamente con jabn blando (no usar lubricantes en base
aceite mineral ya que stos afectan la junta). A continuacin se
engrasa tambin levemente la cubierta, luego se inserta y se
adapta a la superficie del terreno.

6.3 Cubierta telescpica para agua potable transitable por

personas
Importante: Para evitar la transmisin de cargas al recipiente, se
rellena la parte exterior de la cubierta en capas con grava de
grano redondo (con granulacin mx. de 8/16) y se compacta
homogneamente. Tiene que evitarse daar la cpula o la
cubierta. A continuacin se coloca la tapa y se cierra de forma
segura contra los nios. El tornillo en la tapa debe apretarse
fuertemente para que no pueda ser abierta por un nio!

6.4 Tapa interior

El telescopio para agua potable est provisto de una segunda tapa
situada en el interior. sta se debe mantener siempre cerrada, excepto
durante los trabajos en el depsito. La tapa se atornilla al anillo con brida,
debindose apretar bien todos los tornillos.

6.5 Montaje de la extensin (cuando sta sea necesaria

Introduzca la junta correspondiente (incluida en el envo) en la parte
superior de la extensin usando el lquido lubricante. Asegrese de
que la junta est bien colocada. Lubrique la junta superior de la

7. Inspeccin y mantenimiento

Debe controlarse trimestralmente la estanqueidad, limpieza y seguridad de la instalacin.

El mantenimiento de la instalacin debe realizarse con una frecuencia de 5 aos. En esto deben
limpiarse todas las piezas de la instalacin y se ha de realizar una verificacin de su funcionalidad. En
los mantenimientos debe procederse del siguiente modo:
Vaciado completo del tanque
Limpieza de las superfcies y piezas de montaje con agua
Eliminacin completa de la suciedad acumulada en el tanque
Comprobar que todas las partes del montaje estn asentadas correctamente.
