Lesson Topic: The cultural differences between African and Australian artwork.
Objectives:
Language: The students will be able to engage in conversation using the style names
and characteristics.
Content: The students will be able to differentiate between the two countrys art
styles.

Students will be in groups when creating their art projects and are able to discuss
freely about what they are making
Students will present their art projects after they finish to show their knowledge of
the differences between the two countrys art styles.
Feedback:
Checked for understanding by asking student what artwork was from which
country.
Model- show students an example that they can base theirs off of
Recreate their own Aboriginal piece and Ndebele tribe painted house
Present them
The student is required to give a presentation using their models and the vocabulary that
was introduced.
