interest of said estate Herein.
I accept the Treaty of Peace for no person shall be held liable

I disagree with any patriotism or indigenous argument that Admiralty is

less Than law or that its based on some type of scheme to
stealExecutor property. In the last five years of studying United States
Codes, Codes of Federal Regulations,Lieber codes (General Rules 100),
IRS codes and App,The United States Constitution and Floridas
Constitution. Admiralty is Part of the Law executing properly in time.
The creator in commerce has the Obligation and the fiction of law
(infant decedent) was created by the State.

shall be regarded only as administrator and usufructuary of public
buildings, real estate, forests, and agricultural estates belonging to the

capital of these Properties, and administer them in accordance with the
rules of usufruct.

Article 38 of The Lieber Code acknowledges that the "occupational forces

have a Corresponding duty to not alter the lands or the "producers of the
fruit" upon which it needs to survive...

 According to the Rules of Usufruct in the Lieber Code, The Usufructuary
has the following five duties to do and maintain:

1. The Usufructuary must make an inventory of the peoples property subject to

the usufruct, in the presence of those having an interest in them (must publish
that inventory list to all those concerned).

2. The Usufructuary must give security for the restitution of the peoples property
at the end of the usufruct when peace shall be restored.

3. The Usufructuary must take good care of the peoples property subject to the
Usufruct.
4. The Usufructuary must pay all taxes and debt claims which arise while the
Peoples property is in its possession, as a ground rent.

5. The Usufructuary must maintain the peoples property in repair at its own expense.

Also notice that all Social Security and Birth Certificates fall under the
Department of Commerce and Agriculture (agricultural estates). This was not by
Accident.

This was the point That I realized a mutual mistake of biblical proportions has
been made, the Birth Certificate is not the live man and that the obligation is not
the mans. All documents created from the foundational document (BC) are
fraudulent. For full disclosure was not given.
The Birth Certificate Trust that the federal Government created when I was born
the (PATRICK MICHAEL LONG, PUBLIC TRUST) is a Public Vessel/Domestic trust in
Commerce which identifies the fictional "person" that is using a name similar to
My Christian appellation as a part of the federal Municipal trust. Vital statistics
states that I am not authorized to use the birth certificate for Identification
purposes because it is not the live man. I am authorized to use it for goods and
services as the authorized signor (an Administrator for the owner). I am also
obligated as general executor of the trust to use due diligence and look out for
the best interests of the primary intended beneficiary the United States.

Certificate in my possession makes me the holder in due course of said security
instrument for indemnification. This trust is a Roman Inferior Cestui Que Vie

Trust created by the Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico, the Bankruptcy
Receiver of the United States of America, Incorporated, the failed governmental
services Corporation Chartered in Delaware by the Roman Catholic Church.

As a result of the acts of this "US Bankruptcy Trustee", all living Americans have
been declared dead, presumed to be lost at sea on the sea of commerce.
All living Americans are classified in the Internal Revenue Manual (IRM
21.7.13.3.2.3) as "infant decedents" - as infants who have died. I am in the
process of notifying the IRS of the correct status as being alive instead of as
infant/decedent and In full faith they will assign all reversionary interest in the
Social Security Trust Estate to and for the account of the United States per Titles
12 USC 95a (2) and 12 USC 95b Ratified March 4 1933 50 USC 4305 (B)2 (for "full a
quittance and discharge of all debts).

Reversionary interest in the context of real/ property or wills and estates means a
reservation created in a real/ property conveyance that the property will revert
back to the original owner upon the happening of a certain event.This certain event is
for honorable Men with hororable actions and a morale compass that will not deviate
The reversionary interest, is the substance of what is owed to the original issuer.
Which is an asset equal to the amount of debt created from the issue, promise,
Signature, or other authorization granted by PATRICK MICHAEL LONG.
The Birth Certificate is a receipt, as well as a financial instrument, that can be
Endorsed in such a way, to assign that reversionary interest to the officer of the
proceeding to discharge any claim in full a quittance When the Certificate of Live
Birth is used for its proper purpose, indemnification is automatically inherent
because that is the true purpose of this instrument/document.

Trading With the Enemy Act at 12 U.S.C 95a (2) reads

Any payment, conveyance, transfer, assignment, or delivery of property or interest
therein, made to or for the account of the United States, or as otherwise directed,
pursuant to this section or any rule, regulation, instruction, or direction issued
hereunder shall to the extent thereof be a full a quittance and discharge for all
purposes of the obligation of the person making the same; and no person shall be
held liable in any court for or in respect to anything done or omitted in good faith
in connection with the administration of, or in pursuance of and in reliance on, this
section, or any rule, regulation, instruction, or direction issued hereunder.

 This is the Remedy guaranteed as a result Congress' issuing fiat debt notes based
upon the live mans labor instead of real money of account based on Silver and
Gold.
All assets of Roman Inferior Cestui Que Vie Trust revert to the entitlement holder,
and must be returned to the entitlement holder (re-venued") free of debt and
encumbrances accumulated by any false trustees or secondary beneficiaries.

l am acting as a living American created in the image of God, a steward of the

earth and are not agreeing to act as incorporated "things", all members of the
American Bar Association are obligated by the very Treaty that allows their
presence on American soil to lend "aid and assistance to me ~ and the military
forces are obligated to come to my defense.

The JOHN QUINCY PUBLIC Social Security Trust was created by the Social Security Act of 1935
that says what it says. .

Articles 31 and 38 of the Lieber Code (General Order 100):

31. A victorious army appropriates all public money, seizes all public movable
property until further direction by its government, and sequesters for its own
benefit or of that of its government all the revenues of real property belonging to
the hostile government or nation. The title to such real property remains in
abeyance during military occupation, and until the conquest is made complete.

Holding Title in Abeyance - all property is held in abeyance - including the

baby born on the battlefield and the income stream from that "asset". The
Department of Defense takes the property "in trust to hold "in abeyance for
safekeeping.

38. Private property, unless forfeited by crimes or by offenses of the owner, can be
seized only by way of military necessity, for the support or other benefit of the
Army or of the United States.

Thousand Fifteen.

Issuance of Indemnification Receipt - meaning, the Birth Certificate. As a

Peaceful civilian inhabitant I am "indemnified" from any cost and damage
resulting from the actions of the US Army.
Only peaceful, living inhabitants of the Domestic and Organic states have the Civil
Authority to command the Armed Forces of The United States of America
Republic. Only We the People can require the US Congress and the "President"
of a governmental services corporation under contract to serve us the People.

Article, 44 and 46 of the Iieber

44. All wanton violence committed against persons in the invaded country, all
destruction of property not commanded by the authorized officer, all robbery, all
pillage or sacking, even after taking a place by main force, all rape, wounding,
maiming, or killing of such inhabitants, are prohibited under the penalty of death,
or such other severe punishment as may seem adequate for the gravity of the
offense

46. Neither officers nor soldiers are allowed to make use of their position or
power in the hostile country for private gain, not even for commercial
transactions otherwise legitimate. Offenses to the contrary committed by
commissioned officers will be punished with cashiering or such other punishment
as the nature of the offense may require; if by soldiers, they shall be punished
according to the nature of the offense.

Consistent with the Liber Code, Trading With the Enemy Act at 12 U.S.C 95a (2) ,
Public law 73-10, 48 stat 112, and Mark 12:17, by assigning all Revisionary
interest l am vesting the United States of America with the asset, thus converting
the liability to the Custodian in receipt, and securing safe harbor, free passage
and quite use and enjoyment.

of spiritual maturity of a peaceful inhabitant. Fore
there is no beligerents in a peaceful inhabitant. I will
