The main pupose of this reasearch is to come up with a Universal Talent Score (UTS) which is a new and simple HR
that may provide decision makers with significant information about the value and importance of the talent at hand a
The score is obtained from the UTS assessment which is a series of 150 descriptors of talents, skills, and qualificatio
