compensation review will be done at the end of twelve months based on merit.

Your job responsibilities include -

modify, revoke, suspend or terminate any of the terms, policies and /or procedures as described or
as otherwise communicated to you, in whole part, at any time, with or without notice. Your status as
an at-will employee cannot be changed by an statement, promise, policy, course of conduct, writing
or manual unless except through a written agreement signed by competent authority of the
company.
