2017-18 School Year Parking Contract

This Agreement is entered into by and between Lambda Chapter Building Corporation, T.K.E., a nonstock
corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin (hereinafter designated Landlord) and the
following person:

(hereinafter designated Parker), on the date the last signature is affixed hereto; is based upon mutual covenants and other good and valuable consideration; and
consists of the following terms and conditions:

Section 1: Parking Space. Landlord hereby permits Parker to park his or her vehicle identified in Section 2 of this agreement (hereinafter designated
Parkers Vehicle) in the parking lot behind the building located at 216 Langdon Street in Madison, Wisconsin 53703 (hereinafter designated Parking Lot), during
the term specified in Section 3 of this agreement and in accordance with all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Unless otherwise directed by Landlord or
Landlords agent, parking spaces are not assigned in the Parking Lot, so Parkers Vehicle may be parked in any available parking space provided that Parkers Vehicle
does not (a) block other vehicles from entering, leaving or moving about the Parking Lot, (b) occupy two parking spaces or an unreasonable amount of space so as to
prevent another vehicle from parking in the Parking Lot, or (c) occupy the lawn or terrace adjacent to the Parking Lot.

Section 2: Vehicle. Parkers vehicle is described as follows:

Unless prior specific permission to the contrary is obtained from Landlord, this agreement only applies to Parkers Vehicle, and Parker agrees not to park any other
vehicle in the Parking Lot, nor assign his or her rights under this agreement.

Section 3: Term. This agreement is not automatically renewable and the term of this agreement shall be from noon (check one: )

Section 4: Parking Fee. Parker shall pay to Landlord the parking fee before the term begins. Those Parkers on a full school year have the option of two
installments, the first of which is due and payable on or before August 20, 2017 and the second of which is due and payable on or before January 10, 2018. Parking
fee payments made by check or money order shall be payable to Lambda Chapter Building Corporation, T.K.E., and all parking fee payments shall be mailed to
Lambda Chapter Building Corporation, T.K.E., P.O. Box 45735, Madison, WI 53744, or delivered in person to Landlords agent.

Section 5: Conditions. Parker agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions: (a) Parker shall not operate Parkers Vehicle in an unsafe manner
in the Parking Lot; (b) Parker shall not bring any hazardous or illegal substance into the Parking Lot; (c) Parker shall indemnify Landlord for any injury or damage
caused by Parker, Parkers Vehicle or Parkers guests or invitees in connection with the Parking Lot; (d) Parker shall move Parkers Vehicle when requested by
Landlord to facilitate repair and maintenance of the Parking Lot, including but not limited to snow removal; (e) If any term or condition of this agreement shall be
invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall not be affected thereby and shall be valid and enforced to the full extent permitted by law; (f) This
agreement is the entire agreement between the parties; and (g) All dates and times in this agreement are of the essence.

Section 6: No Liability. Landlord shall not be liable to Parker or any other person for any injury to Parker or any other person, nor for damages to
Parkers Vehicle or its contents or to any other vehicle or the contents thereof, caused by any hazards or conditions outside the control of Landlord, including but not
limited to theft, vandalism, collision or fire, or caused by any action or inaction of Landlord or Landlords agents in connection with this agreement unless due to
gross negligence on the part of Landlord or Landlords agents. In addition to any other rights Landlord may have under law, if Parker violates this agreement in any
way, or if Parkers Vehicle is a threat to safety, Landlord shall have the right to move, ticket or tow Parkers Vehicle without liability to Parker or any other. Parker
agrees that if conditions occur that prevent parking Parkers Vehicle in the Parking Lot, including but not limited to snow accumulation or the presence of
unauthorized vehicles, Landlord shall not be obligated to refund or abate the parking fee, or any part thereof, paid under this agreement, nor shall Landlord be liable
for any expenses Parker incurs as a result of such condition, including but not limited to costs for alternative parking, tickets or fines.
