This is a web based application that can be used for collaboration, presentation, and more. This can be used to teach your class
from miles away, as it allows you to give a presentation while also hosting a one way video chat with a message board for student
responses.

INTEGRATION IDEA - PRESENTATION


How might you use this resource in a lesson plan to promote students presentation/speaking/communication skills?
I think I would use this as a basic presentation software. I wouldnt integrate the distance learning aspect, as I dont want my
students having to leave the classroom to do so. This might come in handy though if I have a student who has a disability or is sick
if they have to miss school for a presentation. One of the biggest issues in my IMTs class is the fact that students miss group
presentation due to missing school, leaving their group high and dry when its their time to present.

VALUE-ADDED EXPLANATION
I am going to give it a 2, as I believe this would be more useful in an online school or college level course. The main
feature that sets this technology apart is the integration of distance learning that can be done with it. This would be
useful if I was going to teach an online course as opposed to an in person class. As a presentation software it works just
like any other.
