The name of the business is Teleios Systems limited and it is a limited liability company. This compan
y is located 4B Alexandra Street,St Clair, Trinidad, WI. Teleios systems was found in 1997 by Kevin kh
elawan, Bevel Wooding and Ronald Hinds, who are the three shareholders that contributed a hundre
d dollars each to shares. Teleios Systems provides services that helps its customers deploy business s
olutions that leverage the power of the internet and mobile communications technologies. Teleios s
erves customers in the Caribbean across the government, energy, retail, finance and telecommunica
tions industries.
The entrepreneurs are Kevin khelawan, Bevel Wooding and Ronald Hinds. These three men came up
with the idea to start this business, while they were in church service. They had a passion for writing
software, so the idea to start this company was not crazy to them. Only one of them actually had exp
erience running a business, which was Ronald Hinds. He was the CEO of Tatial insurance company, w
hile the other two worked as consultants. Kevin Khelawan worked at Neil and Massy technologies an
d Bevel Wooding worked at KPMG as an I.t consultant.
