Aircel Movie Partner is a usage based offer for all Prepaid and Postpaid customers
Subscribers can buy one ticket at the any of the 6 Inox ( Kolkata – Forum , City Centre 1,
City Centre 2, Swabhumi | ROB – Inox Durgapur, Inox Siliguri) on any Thursday and get
one or two tickets free depending on Recharge.
This offer is valid for Pre paid and Post paid Customers.
Post paid Customers | Eligibility of the offer is – Current Month Bill – Usage and Rental
(without any balance brought forward)

Step 1

Send an SMS with "INX" to 12121 code . 12121 would be a Toll Free Code. This will
help him fetch the SMS Pass.
First the customer would get a General Response
Your request is being processed. We will update within 30 minutes.
(In this time the backend system will fetch his last 10 days recharge history and
choose the highest denomination recharge and see if it fulfills the eligibility
conditions)
Then the Customer will get any of the following responses
In case of WRONG CODE
Please type the correct key word INX and resend to check eligibility for the offer
In case of CORRECT CODE – NOT ELIGIBLE
This offer is valid only on easy recharge. Please recharge on EASY with single
denomination of Rs 100 and above to get 1 plus 1 offer and rs 300 and above to
get 1 plus 2 offer.
CORRECT CODE – ELIGIBLE
U are eligible for 1:1 offer.Show this code XXXXX valid for 30 days only on
Thursdays at our helpdesk @ Inox Kolkata – 4 locations, Durgapur and Siliguri.
U are eligible for 1:2 offer.Show this code XXXXX valid for 30 days only on
Thursdays at our helpdesk @ Inox Kolkata – 4 locations, Durgapur and Siliguri.
THIS SMS IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF ISSUE.

Step 2

Go to any participating INOX and show this SMS to our Aircel representatives on
Thursdays.
Every Thursday in every INOX our Aircel Representative will be present from 8.30 am to
12 am (night).
We will have a Aircel Help Desk on Thursday on all these locations, where the Aircel
Representative will stand.

Post paid Customer Redemption Plan

A postpaid customer will be eligible for this offer only once a month, when he is going to
make the bill payment. He can pay bill and redeem as per the following situations :
Bill paid at Store : Store executive will check his current month rental and usage
and as per eligibility will hand over the relevant coupon to him
Bill paid through Collection agent : Collection Agent will check his current
month rental and usage and as per eligibility will hand over the relevant coupon to
him.
Bill paid through Internet – Customer is expected to call the call centre or walk
into a store. If he calls the call centre , then the call centre will direct him to his
nearest store, where he can redeem the offer.
Bill paid through Cheque drop box – Customer is expected to call the call
centre or walk into a store. If he calls the call centre , then the call centre will
direct him to his nearest store, where he can redeem the offer after 72 hrs by
when his check is supposed to be cleared.
In case of postpaid customer there is no SMS route. On eligibility the customer
will directly be given the coupon, which he can redeem at the relevant inox.
