Huge role on the unit and many duties she is responsible

This experience taught me the many responsibilities of
the charge nurse and made me realize that a lot of
experience on the unit is required before becoming one

The lactation nurses play a big role on the Mom/Baby
unit as well and I wanted to gain more knowledge about
their responsibilities
Again, I did not shadow for a full shift
She has a very specific role on this unit and she is only
one of two nurses with this responsibility on at a time
She is the Lactation Nurse for the whole hospital
