Opening Scene

INT. PM: Girls Room On laptop; reaction shot

- Searching through google search results of clown attacks. Sees they are local*

[CCTV 1]
- Transitions to shot from behind her; transitions to her picking up camcorder and torch
- exits room briskly

[CCTV 2]

- CCTV shot of her walking down stairs

[mid-shot as walks towards camera; close up of her opening draw; behind

shoulder shot of looking down at knife]

- Enters kitchen, opens draw and sees large knife, hesitates then picks it up
- Picks up knife, sighs then leaves

[CAMCORDER {shaky unsteady footage, glitching effect edit}]

 GIRL {scared tone of voice; heavy breathing; always looking
around}

Okay so it is November 20th, 2017. I have read up on possible clown sightings in this area
so I am going to see if I can get any footage of this clown. Reports say he is dangerous
and to stay away however I am armed and have my camera so I should be safe [turns camera
around to face forward]

- Walks around woods, see the clown slip behind a tree, she calls out hello? then walks
towards the tree but sees nothing there, turns around quickly but still nothing so
continues on

{More terrified and paranoid than before, increased breathing, moving

camera around quickly, stuttering her words}
I feel like it is here I dont think Im alone anymore, I can sense I am being followed
It is currently 1:30am on November 20th, I am leaving the forest I

[CAMCORDER]
- Quickly turns around and clown is standing right infront of her, still but head tilted

- Girl screams and starts running {sadistic evil laugh from clown in background}

[CAMCORDER]
 - Starts sprinting with camera: raises camera and clown is in front. Runs past,
looks behind and the clown is chasing behind her.

[CCTV 4]

- See girl sprinting into house. Camera flickers then see clown standing outside, staring at
house then looks at camera before quickly cutting away

[CAMCORDER CCTV3, 2 and 1]

- See her run upstairs, into her room and slam the door
[CCTV 3 & 2]
- Clown walking through house and walking up the stairs; brandishing a knife

[CAMCORDER {girl sets up camera on desk to end her vlog; facing away from door; shaken up and
out of breath; clown enters behind her}

GIRL
That was close. I dont know if Im safe, it shouldnt be able to get into my house I

- Abruptly stops as hears noise from outside door, turns around to see clown standing in
doorway, lifts its hands and waves.
*Suddenly cuts to black

INT. AM: GIRLS ROOM:

- Close up shot of girls hand laying across the floor, covered in blood, camcorder loosely in
hand. Cuts to exterior shot of quiet house

Lighting Information: Solutions:

Lighting is good in my home as I have My camera lighting has a tripod
lights within the house as well as camera attached so can angle it to wherever it is
lighting needed.

Sound Information: Solutions:

Sound inside my home should be at I could try and install some sound
good standard, however, it may be deadening but I do not think it is needed
slightly echoey. as not much dialogue is in this short film.

Power Information Solutions:

Being indoors I have many power If not I can use extension leads.

equipment I need

I am filming on my own premises and on public land so do not need

permission to film.
Contingency Plan
What are your plans for if something goes wrong? What back up actors,
locations and equipment do you have?

If our lead actress, cannot make it to the shoot, our backup actress is
Katie Mayhew who is also available at our shooting times. However, this
would not be ideal as she has minimal acting experience.
If the weather is bad we will have to take breaks and wait it out, as we
are filming at night we have a long time span. If the weather does not
improve, we will be able to film the following night as the crew are still
available.
If my camera or other equipment fails, my co-producer has spare
camera equipment that is of good standard, and should not overall
effect the standard of the film. I will ask him to bring his equipment to
the shoot in preparation.
