Introduction

Knight Frank (India) Pvt. Ltd. (KFIPL) is part of Knight Frank Global network and
provides a wide range of services including Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
and Facilities Management Services (FMS).
Purpose
KFWoW provides guidelines to execute the work, checklists for quality checks and its
respective standard formats to be used while carrying out the activities detailed in this
manual.
For simplicity and ease of use, the current functional/operational designations relevant
to the concerned functions have been indicated. These could be subject to change
depending on the exigencies of business and project scope. The Senior Consultant and
Project Head/ Project Manager are responsible and accountable for the delegation of
work as per the Site requirements.

Document Change
The manual has been prepared considering the organisations current setup and
business practises and would require revision in due course. These would be informed
to you as and when changes are made. Project personnel must stick to the instructions
and not deviate from the procedures or formats and they must fill up a Document
Change Request (DCR) duly approved by the respective Project Manager. The Project
Manager is responsible to forward the same to the Management Representative.
Conclusion
Every employee while undertaking the process / activity should clearly understand
that actions taken must remain within the bounds of:
Company policies, rules, manuals, procedures, etc
Governing statutes and regulatory / legal compliance
The governing business principles of the organisation.
All employees of the PMC Division are encouraged to utilise/ implement the manual in
their day to day functions.
