 Introduction
Thank you for choosing P2000, which is CDMA2000 1X USB modem .
Under the Network which provided by local telecom operator, Use this Modem, you
can go surfing
on the Internet, send and receive short messages, make and receive phone calls.
Safety Warnings and Precautions

Use the original accessories or those authenticated by the manufacturer. Using a

ny
unauthenticated accessories may affect the data terminal s performance, violate th
e warranty
provisions or relevant national regulations about telecom terminals, or even cau
se body injury.
Before pulling out the data terminal, please use windows safely removing the har
dware and
make sure to exit the application. Do not directly pull out the terminal to avoi
d the damage of
data terminal or the influence on the normal operation of operating system.
Do not forcefully plug/pull the data terminal to avoid the damage of connector.
Do not use your data terminal near weak signal or high-precision electronic devi
ces. Radio
wave interference may cause malfunction of electronic devices or other problems.

Turn off your data terminal in hospital where it has forbidden to use it. The da
ta terminal may
affect the normal operation of medical apparatus, therefore please follow the re
levant
regulations when using your mobile phone in hospital.
Turn off your data terminal on airplane where it has forbidden to use it. The da
ta terminal may
affect the normal operation of electronic devices, therefore please follow the r
elevant
regulations when using your mobile phone on airplane.
Please don t use the data terminal near flammable or explosive materials, otherwis
e it might
cause failure or fire.
Keep your data terminal away from children to avoid shock, plunge or impact. It
may cause
body injury when the data terminal is used as a toy.
Keep your data terminal away from water. This may cause overheating or failure i
f water or
any other kind of liquid enters your mobile phone. Please do not use your data t
erminal near
high temperature, damp or dusty place.

Use Software

After the software is installed successfully, the software icon will appear on y
our desktop.
Double-click this icon or select from Start

Prolink. Run the software to open the user interface.
The icons on the interface are used to access the function, which indicate as be

1.NetConnect/Disconnect
NetConnect

Click to set network parameters first. Please review Setting for details.
Click to use the function.
After connecting to Internet, the network information will display on the left o
f interface.
Disconnect

After connecting to Internet, click

2.SMS
Click icon to use SMS function.
Send a Message

Input the text and the receiver s number.

After input one reveiver s number, you can press Enter key to input another s number, I
f
you want to enter more reveivers.

Select Priority.
Click button to send a message.
Click button to save the text into Draftbox.
The received messages will be saved in the R-UIM Card.
Message in R-UIM Card and Computer, can copy to each other.Select Copy all , you ca
n copy

message from R-UIM Card to Computer. Copy messages from Computer to R-UIM Card,
you
should select copy .
The sent messages saved in Outbox.
The unsent messages will be saved in Drafbox.
Take R-UIM Card as an example:

Call

Click to dial the sender s phone number.

Reply

Click to reply to the sender.

Forward

Click to forward this message to other recipients.

Delete

Click
to delete your selected records.
Delete all

Click
to delete all the records in the inbox.
Copy

Click
to copy your selected message into R-UIM Card.
Copy All

Click
to copy all the messages from R-UIM Card to Computer.
Message counts

Click
to review the messages statistics in Received and Sent message.
3.Voice
Click to enter voice interface.
Make a call

Click the digits,. Press button to delete the previous input digit; press button
to clear all the inputs.
Click button to make a call.
Receive a call

When there is an incoming call, your computer will alert and the incoming caller
ID will
appear on the interface.
Click button to receive the call.

Press button to reject the call.
Call history

Click
button to review the reconds of Missed, Accepted, Called and the
Statistics.
4.NetRecond
Click icon to view network reconds.
Connection records save the previous relevant information including Start at, Du
ration and
Transmit(KBytes), which will help you know the status easily.
By switching among List , Monthly and Statistic , you could inquire the records every t
me, by
month or by time.

Tips:The reconds of the network is only for reference,not for charging basis.
5.Settings
Click to enter the settings interface.
Network

Set up the relevant parameters on the Network interface.

After the settings, click Apply button to save the settings on the current interfa
ce.
Click Default button and then Apply button to restore the settings on the current
interface to factory default..
Tips:The network parameters have four option. Different Operator may have differ
ent network
setup parameters, so please slelect the correct operator .

Options

In this interface, you could set URL, Language etc. If you want to use conferenc
e call,
please select Show 3 way call button during calling ; You also can enable message L
imit
and set the amount of send messages in current month.
After the setting, click Apply button to save the settings on the current interfac
e.
Click Change Password button to set lock device. The password is required when you
start the application. The setting has nothing to do with "Default" button.
Click Enable Pin button to enable verify Pin function when you use UIM card.You also
can click Change Pin to set other Pin number, if you enable verify Pin function.
Click Default button and then Apply button to restore the settings on the current
interface to factory default.
Rring

Click Ring icon, you could set different ring tones.

After the settings, click Apply button to save the settings on the current interfa
ce.
Click Default button and then Apply button to restore the settings on the current
interface to factory default.
Service

Click Service icon, you could set busy forwarding , no answer forwarding ,
unconditional forwarding , call waiting , etc. Double-click the selected option to
modify the service number and forwarding number.
After the settings, click call button to send the corresponding request to the net
work
system.
After the settings, click Apply button to save the settings on the current interfa
ce.
Click Default button and then Apply button to restore the settings on the current
interface to factory default.

Click button to view the help document.
