Dear Mr. President Trump

We received your complaint about the service you received at our flag ship seaport store. We carefully
reviewed your testimony about how a Customer Service Associate allegedly harassed you on the fact
you are the President of the United states and they do not agree with some of your polices and what
you say on twitter. We are terribly sorry that you had a bad experience however, we reviewed the
cameras and talked to witnesss both customers and employees and we have to respectfully refuse your
request for free toppings for life from our store. we found that you instigated the altercation by insulting
Jose by calling him a bad Hombre. Jose has worked with us for several months now and he is a really
hard-working employee and IS in fact a legal U.S citizen with proper documentation that we do a
rigorous background check for all our employees before we hire them. We also politely Ask that if you
cannot respect our multi race staff then please refrain from visiting us in the future. Tipsy toppings takes

Dear Mr. Andrew Berg,

I am writing to you about an incident that happened last night. I have used booze cruise before and I
love it, however I was rather upset with this incident last night. I had a very rich client over for dinner
and I ordered a particular wine and whiskey him and his wife liked that no other liquor store in the area
had. I got an email confirmation that you received my order and would send me an email when the
driver was on their way. In additional notes I specified I needed it before my 8 pm dinner meeting with
my client. At 7:59 I got an email saying that you couldnt find the particular whiskey. At this point I was
really upset I didnt have my product. I emailed back and bought up an alternative drink and paid the
difference (which was $25.69). By the time I got an email saying the order was confirmed and on the
way dinner had already been pushed back over two hours and my client wasnt happy. When the
delivery finally showed up I presented the driver my I.D after checking it with his records he said it didnt
match the one he had on file. After explaining to him that I used the right ID, he was a real jerk to me
and used insults of such a repulsive nature that I did not tip him. I didnt get a drivers name just that her
was about 59 tall brown hair and the license plate was BC1.

Thank you for your Email regarding you receiving moldy vodka soaked gummies. We are terribly sorry
you received a defective product. The entire batch has been recalled and we are offering a 10% discount
for those affected. For you we will add another 20% discount for pointing it out as well as we sent you
another package of the same product. Tipsy Toppings closed immediately after we read your email for a
professional cleaning of all our machines to make sure this never happens again. We are terribly sorry
