The Partnerships for Integrity and Jobs, also dubbed as Project I4J, is an Integrity
Project which focuses on the development of integrity mechanisms in local government unit
(LGU) pilot sites. Opportunely, the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOrM) was
chosen as one of the nine (9) pilot LGU partners in the country.

Under Project I4J, Integrity Initiative is steered by the Integrity Circle (IC) of the Province
of Oriental Mindoro comprised of representatives from the LGU, Civil Society Organizations
(CSOs) and Business Sector. Essentially, Project I4J unifies and prompts collaboration among
LGUs, CSOs, and Business Sector as key players of a sustainable assembly that will develop
plausible mechanisms to live out a culture of integrity in the province.

With this noble intention, the Integrity Circle for the Province of Oriental Mindoro invites at
most ten (10) Student Leaders of your institution to join us in the celebration of our Integrity Day
as we officially launch the Project I4J on 13 September 2017 (Wednesday), 8:00AM to 12:00NN
at the Bulwagang Panlalawigan, Provincial Capitol Complex. Highlights of the event are the
Exhibition of the Integrity Mechanisms, Signing of the Pledge of Commitment and the Keynote
Speech to be delivered by Father Jerry M. Orbos, SVD.

In addition, we are also inviting five (5) Student Leaders of your institution to attend and
participate in a Symposium cum Open Forum at 1:30PM at the Tamaraw Hall, Provincial Capitol
Complex, to be facilitated by Ms. Olivia S. Palomaria. We are taking this opportunity to introduce
the Project to our youth leaders and encourage them to collaborate with us through their
innovative and valuable inputs to intensify the advocacy in pursuit of integrity all over the
province.

We highly anticipate the presence of your Student Leaders and confidently trust their
participation in this undertaking.
