By submitting an entry to the Contest, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The Contest is open to public from 1 December 2017 to 21 December 2017 except for employees of Nala Employment
Pte Ltd, Nala Employment Services, Agensi Pekerjaan Nala; employee household members, employee siblings, relatives
and parents of NALAs employees.

2. To participate, you must Like the official Nala Employment Facebook page, like & share the contest post on
Facebook page on or before 23:59 on 21 December 2017 (Malaysia time).

3. Two winning Contest Entries will be selected by a panel of judges who are the management of NALA Employment Pte.
Ltd.

4. Winners will be announced on the official Nala Employment Facebook page and notified by Nala Employment via
direct message to his/her personal Facebook account used to participate in the Contest on 22 December 2017.

5. All decisions of Nala Employment in regards to the winners are final. No further correspondences or appeal will be
entertained.

6. By entering the Contest, you are deemed to fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions
herein and grant Nala Employment free of charge: (i) the right and permission to use and publish your Contest Entry,
name, photo, age and profile provided to Nala Employment on Nala Employment Facebook page or other media for
promoting Nala Employment or its products or business; (ii) the right and permission to use, republish, edit and/or
modify your Contest Entry in any medium; (iii) the right to collect, disclose and use your name, telephone number, email
address and other personal details for the purpose of administration in relation to the Contest.

7. Nala Employment accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or injury incurred or suffered by you as a
result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize. Nala Employment further disclaims liability for any injury or
damage to you or any other properties relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.

8. Nala Employment reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend this Contest without any liability to
you should there be unforeseeable events which in Nala Employments absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of
this Contest.

9. If Nala Employment has any reason to believe your Contest Entry is not your own work or otherwise breaches the
Terms and Conditions of this Contest, Nala Employment may, in its sole and absolute discretion, reject it and disqualify it
without giving reasons.

10. Nala Employment reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Contest and substitute the prize(s)
with item(s) of comparable value(s) at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.

12. In the event of disputes regarding the Contest or the Terms and Conditions of the Contest, Nala Employment shall
have the right to make the final decision.
