Hydraulic zero positioning
- start engine Pull off both magnetic plugs from the control
- electrical control of pump not to be activated Not OK OK
- pressure balance: to be 4 bar

Adjustment of preloading valve (15) is not possible. Regulation begin (46). Important: note number of turns.
of POR comes to late. Check regulation begin for P/S and correct. Check ref. value of high pressure valves
Check the valve spool (18) for corresponding rotation. Not OK
Subsequently adjust preloading valve (15).
Note: Preloading valve (15) depend of control range:
4 - 16 bar use 5 bar valve.
High pressure valve is not adjustable.
Fit a new high pressure valve. Also with instability of high
pressure valve fit a new valve cartridge..Check ref. value.

Mistake in the system!


Possibly internal leakage in closer loop, check
components (pump, motor).
