Prior Knowledge:

The students learnt how to write the instructions in right way.

Lesson Objectives:
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

1. Read and write the instructions.


2. Ability to save the instructions and do it with them self.

Routine of lesson:

In the introduction, the students will set in the carpet. Then, I main task will be in groups, and
children will work at their tables. At the end, they will back to the carpet.

Personal focus:
In this lesson, I am working to managing the noise level through using clapping, or I will say for them
are we listening? yes, we are.

Possible Problems and Misconceptions:


Maybe some students dont understand the instructions well.

Solutions: I will set with this student and I will draw the instructions or I will present some pictures
to make it easily for her/him.

Engage (warm up, review prior knowledge): time:

I will present some pictures such as (chop, spread, pour, roll, etc.), and in each picture, I will 5 mins.
ask them some questions to refresh their prior knowledge before starting the lesson.

Core (introduce and practice new concepts & procedures):

1. I will say for them (today, we are going to follow the instructions to make a pizza). 10 mins.
2. I will present some pictures of the instructions.
3. I will use a big sheet to write steps of the instructions on it, and all the learners will follow me and
repeat each instruction.

Close (wrap up, discussion, brief review activity or assessment):

I will give each group different activity to see if they understand the lesson or not. 20 mins.

1. Activity one, students will take the sheet and flash cards of the instructions, and they will order
these flash cards step by step.

2. Activity two, each student will read and action the instructions step by step, and this activity will be
with Miss. Haritha, outside the class.

3. Third activity, I will give the students worksheet has some sentences of pizza instructions but with
missing words. They will complete these sentences through using the words which are in the box
and write it in right sentence.
4. Last activity, I will give the students worksheet has some sentences of pizza instructions but with
missing words. They will complete these sentences through using the words which are in the box
and draw it in right sentence.

After that, I will ask from them to come in the carpet, and I will present a big pizza in the board to
make it together. In the end of class, I will give them a pizza candy.
