OBJECTIVES :
1. The Convention is aimed at providing Recognition to members of Quality Circles.
2. The Convention will be a forum for interaction and sharing of knowledge and ideas on
Quality Circle and other allied concepts such as TPM, 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Pokayoke,
3. The Convention will help to understand practical aspects of Quality Concept better.
4. The Convention will screen and select entries for recommendations to NCQC-2013 and
MSQCC - 2014.
5. The Convention will provide an opportunity to bring out creativity in its best form
through posters, presentations & visual display.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND ?


1. Orgnizations where QC & allied projects lines, 5-S. Kaizen, TPM, SMED, JIT, Six-Sigma,
OSP/QS/TS etc. are active.
2. Orgnization about to launch QCs & allied projects.
3. Orgnization desires to know about Qcs & allied projects.
4. Students/ Staff from Educational Institutes.

Guidelines for QC participation and presentation

l Only member organizations are eligible to participate and present case studeies.
l Non members can participate by enrolling as QCFI members.
l Various trophies are instituted by the chapter for awarding these to participating
teams.
l Only members of QCs, participating in CCQC-2013 can take part in poster and
visual display competitions. Please write the name, QC and organization clearly
on the reverse side and submit the same by 14th July 2013.
l Case Studies should pertain to period 1st July 2012 onwards. Case studies already
presented at National or Chapter conventions are not eligible.
l Case Studies for presentation shall be classified in 3 categories:
1. MF: Manufacturing, Production.
2. MS: Support services (purchase, maintenance, QA, tool room, stores.)
3. PS: Banks, Insurance, Industrial services, Government & Public
Services, Hospitals. Hospitality Industry, Education etc.

l Case studies for presentation should be submitted in MS Word/Power Point


Format.
l Compatible with MS Office on a CD along with 2 sets of hard copies.
l Please submit the case studies along with register latest by 10th July 2013.
l Minute books and project books must be submitted to the judges at the time of
registration.
l The presentations will be evaluated by the appointed panel of judges and their
decision will be final and binding on all concerned.
l No Change in the theme will be permitted at the last moment.
l Only those case studies that are recommended by the Chapter will be accepted by
the QCFI Headquarter for presentation at NCQC 2013.
l Presentation can be in English, Hindi or Marathi.

A) Evaluation Guidenlines of CCQC 2013 (For Quality Circles)
Total evaluation will be for 100 Marks.
