Niyoria's greatest strength is her creative planning. She plans student centered learning activities that foster critical thinking. She give
attention to differentiation in a thougthful way. She plans for a well-managed learning activities by outlining specific strategies she will
use to ensure student success. She plans for both formal and informal assessment. She is flexible as the day of implementation draws
near and adjusts plans as needed.

Niyoria is adept at delivering engaging lessons. She implements a variety of learning activities that are age-appropriate. During her
observation, she used the document camera and white board. Students may use technology on other occasions, I just did not have the
opportunity to observe this.

Niyoria has a satisfactory grasp on classroom management. Her best management strategies are her engaging learning activities. She
is still learning to be stern, when needed, to enforce her behavioral expectations. She is still learning how to manage student behavior
during whole group instruction so that students are not talking when she is giving instructions. She is a kind and respectful teacher.

Niyoria's cooperating teacher shared that Niyoria is documenting student progress in all subjects except science. She also shared that
Niyoria is learning how to keep running records for reading.
