Strengths of the lesson:

Much better interaction with the children


Good monitoring and evaluation of student learning
Better planning and therefore a more effective lesson
Better explanations at the board of the rounding up/down process
Better classroom management would you be able to manage the class without your MST?
Children engaged and on task
Lots of peer learning
Lovely activity at the end which the children enjoyed do MUCH more like this

You still need to speak louder I couldnt hear you very well
Continue to monitor/assess proactively whilst interacting with the children

Focus for next lesson:


Latefa, interaction with the children and monitoring are much improved and I loved the
activity/game at the end of the lesson. For the next two weeks you need to focus on teaching as
much as possible. Create/plan some activities and show them to your MST and at the same time
ask her when you can teach and use the activities. Please keep me informed of your progress by
email or Whats App so I know you are being proactive and as dynamic as possible in the
classroom.
