A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING A BUDGET OF THREE THOUSAND SEVEN

HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 3,700.00) FOR THE EXPENSES OF THE AWARDS FOR THE
PHOTO COMPETITION CONDUCTED AS PART OF THE LAMBIGIT FESTIVAL 2016
ON FEBRUARY 27, 2016.

WHEREAS, the Photo Competition is one of the events of the entire Lambigit Festival 2016 and
it will need a financial support to make the said activity a success;

WHEREAS, the above mentioned competition was organized by the Supreme Student
Government as part of the Lambigit Festival since 2012 and up to date;

WHEREAS, this coming Lambigit Festival 2016, it will be hosted by the Corps of Campus
Ambassador, a young community organization of Saint Vincents College headed by Prince Dave
C. Santiago;

WHEREAS, the budget proposal is listed hereunder:

WHEREAS, the above list of items are all estimated prices only, thus, the extra balance of fifty
six pesos (Php56.00) shall be added as receivable amount of Supreme Student Government;
 WHEREAS, the budget proposal of Corps of Campus Ambassadors (CCA) is in need of
approval from the Senate to disburse the requested amount, thus, this Senate Resolution must be
passed to embody the said requisition;

Therefore, be it RESOLVED, as this Body HEREBY RESOLVES, to allocate a budget of three

thousand seven hundred pesos (Php 3,700.00) for the expenses of the awards for the Photo
Competition conducted as part of the Lambigit Festival 2016 on February 27, 2016.

Done this 9th day of February, in the year of the Lord Two Thousand and
Sixteen at Saint Vincents College.
